No need to replace membranes or clean filters, which eliminates the need for complex and time-consuming preparations. Widely used in pre-sample filtration, particle removal, and aseptic filtration of liquids and gases. This method is suitable for rinsing small samples before loading into HPLC and GC, and is often used in disposable syringes.

Syringe filters are made of many different types of materials. Various materials, diameters, pore sizes, and sterile and non-sterile options are on our list. These syringe filters provide excellent microfiltration performance for HPLC, water treatment, environment, biotechnology, beverage, food, pharmaceutical and other related fields.

All syringe filters are HPLC certified.

MCE Syringe Filter is generally used to filter neutral or partial neutral aqueous solutions, and can be used as experimental sample clarification filtration, liquid chromatography injection filtration and so on. Not suitable for filtering organic solvents and strong acid and alkali solutions. This filter is for one-time use, filtering about 10 ml at a time (specifically, there is a big difference according to the impurities of the filtered liquid), and the filter membrane cannot be disassembled. 0.45¦Ìm can remove conventional impurities and some bacteria visible to the naked eye. Generally used in conjunction with the syringe.

In order to filter the particles correctly, you need to find the right size filter. You should choose the diameter of the filter carefully. They usually have sizes of 13mm, 25mm and 30mm. Each of these has a different ability to hold particles. According to the sample size, you can choose the appropriate filter diameter. For example, a diameter of 13 mm can be used for 1-10 ml samples. Similarly, 25 mm PVDF syringe filters can be used for sample volumes of 10-100 ml. Their retention is less than 100 ml.

A syringe filter is a disposable filtration device that is attached to a syringe for the purpose of filtering or clarifying liquid samples.
It consists of a plastic housing with a membrane filter that allows for the removal of particles or contaminants from the sample as it passes through the filter.
Syringe filters are widely used in research laboratories, quality control laboratories, pharmaceutical industries, biotechnology companies, and other applications where the filtration of liquid samples is necessary.

Sample preparation for high-throughput Ultra High Performance Liquid Chromatography (UHPLC)/High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) analysis can be time consuming when using multiple consumables such as a syringe, syringe filter, sample vial, cap, and septum. Aijiren HPLC filters result in faster sample preparation than the normal syringe filter method.

The syringe filters are available in various pore sizes and membrane materials to accommodate different filtration requirements. They are suitable for a wide range of laboratory applications, including sample preparation, clarification, and sterilization. The filters provide reliable performance and consistent filtration results, contributing to accurate and reproducible data in analytical chemistry, microbiology, and other fields.

The shell of PTFE Syringe Filter is made of polypropylene (PP) with excellent chemical stability. It is made of different colors, which is convenient for users to distinguish products of different materials and avoid confusion. The filter membrane adopts imported high-performance filter membrane with stable product quality and good reproducibility. It is an ideal choice for laboratory filtration of samples. The standard interface is convenient to connect to various syringes, and it can also be directly connected to the needle of the 7725 valve, and the sample can be injected directly after filtration.
