Syringe filter is a quick, convenient and reliable filter tool used routinely in the laboratory.Because they don’t need to change the membrane and filter cleaning, it’s eliminating the complex and time-consuming preparation. It is widely used in the sample pre filtration, removal of particles, aseptic filtration of liquids and gases. It is the preferred method to filter small samples before loading into HPLC and GC ,and it is often used with disposable syringe.

Aijiren syringe filter is a fast, convenient and reliable filter tool, usually used in the laboratory. Since they do not require membrane replacement and filter cleaning, complicated and time-consuming preparations are eliminated. It is widely used for sample prefiltration, particle removal, aseptic filtration of liquids and gases.

This Nylon66 disposable syringe filter offers efficient and reliable filtration for HPLC sample preparation and routine laboratory applications. The hydrophilic membrane provides strong compatibility with aqueous solutions and solvents, and the blue PP housing ensures stable flow and tight sealing.

Syringe filters are a fast, convenient and reliable filter tool that is routinely used in laboratories. No need to replace membranes or clean filters, which eliminates the need for complex and time-consuming preparations. Widely used in pre-sample filtration, particle removal, and aseptic filtration of liquids and gases. This method is suitable for rinsing small samples before loading into HPLC and GC, and is often used in disposable syringes.

Nylon membrane has high strong mechanical strength, chemical stability, can be tolerated by most organic solvents, extremely low in extractables, good thermal stability (up to 50¡ãC), natural hydrophilic and the majority of water solution filter characteristics. It more often applied to the common organic solvent HPLC mobile phase filtering.

The advantages of Syringe Filter: The low extractable membrane and shell ensure that no filter contaminants are added to your samples. Aijiren performs performance tests under actual HPLC conditions. The integrated 1mm borosilicate glass prefilter (30mm device) ensures higher confidence in samples with high solids content.

Due to the high hydrophobicity of the PVDF membrane, it needs to be immersed in ethanol, methanol or other suitable solutions for activation. This product is only for scientific research by professionals, and must not be used for clinical diagnosis or treatment, or used for food or medicine, and must not be stored in ordinary residences. For your safety and health, please wear lab coats and disposable gloves for operation.

Aijiren PVDF filters are high defined pore structure, low nonspecific binding, compatible with organic and aqueous solvents. Please note that Hydrophilic PVDF syringe filters are not compatible with majority of strong acids and caustic solutions, such as dimethyl sulfoxide, dimethylformamide (DMF), acetone, ketones, esters, and ethers.

Aijiren disposable MCE syringe filter units are designed to provide clear filtration of aqueous and organic solutions from small volumes up to 100 mL.
MCE syringe filters are made from mixed cellulose ester (MCE) membrane and polypropylene overmolded housing.

The PVDF Syringe Filter produced by Aijiren is made of high-quality raw materials. The filter membrane is very suitable for sample preparation and reagent filtration. Aijiren believes that the PVDF Syringe Filter can be integrated with water-based reagents, and the hydrophilicity ensures that the PVDF Syringe Filter can filter water-based reagents. success.

Polypropylene (PP) is recommended for one time use only with low vapor transmission. Polypropylene is a rigid plastic that is translucent. At room temperature, polypropylene exhibits excellent chemical resistance to acids, alcohols, and bases. Polypropylene is compatible with acetone, ethyl acetate, methanol, isobutyl alcohol, methanol, and methyl ethyl ketone. Polypropylene is incompatible with cyclohexane, ethers, dichlorobenzene, pentanes, methylene chloride, and trichlorobenzene.

Instructions for use and precautions:
1. It must be used with disposable syringes and glass syringes. The interface is standard. Put the needle filter on the syringe first, then pour the liquid into the syringe, press the push rod down, and collect the filtered liquid.
2. Do not use a syringe smaller than 10cc, because the small-volume column may cause the pressure to exceed the upper limit and cause damage to the filter membrane.
3. Only for laboratory use, one-time use, non-renewable.
4. The filtrate at the beginning of the part should be discarded. The volume is about the dead volume of the filter. Taking 25mm as an example, discard the first 1mL filtrate; or pre-clean the filter with 1 to 2mL of solution.

Cellulose acetate is a very low protein binding membrane that is ideal for aqueous based samples and biological samples. It is a lower protein binder than either polyethersulphone or PVDF membranes, but has a lower chemical resistance than regenerated cellulose (RC). CA is a strong membrane mechanically and hydrophilic.

Our syringe filters are made from high-purity polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) membrane for superior performance and durability. PTFE is an ideal material for HPLC applications with excellent chemical compatibility, low protein binding, and minimal analyte adsorption. This ensures sample integrity for accurate, reproducible results.

PTFE is a hydrophobic membrane that is chemically resistant to almost all solvents. It can be used with corrosive media, such as strong acids, alcohols, alkalis, and aromatics. The unit is readily available, allowing simple, fast and reliable HPLC or GC analysis of ultra-clean small-volume samples. PTFE filters can also be used to prevent moisture from passing through the vents.

Cellulose Acetate Syringe Filter Surfactant-free membrane for cleanliness in downstream applications, Filter type printed on the filter for ease of identification, Convenient, larger pack sizes,Gamma sterilised.

PTFE is hydrophobic and needs to be pre-wetted before being used with aqueous solvents. Used for: corrosive solvents, strong acids, alcohols, alkalis, aromatic hydrocarbons. Not suitable for: water-based samples.

The syringe filter produced by Aijiren is the preferred method for filtering small samples before being loaded into HPLC and GC, and is usually used with disposable syringes to filter out impurities in the sample to ensure that there is no quality in the test Problems and affect the experimental results.

Aijiren manufactures a Syringe Filter that comes in a number of different membranes, PTFE membranes are hydrophilic and inert and fit many different types of agents, the details below contain the chemicals compatible with the PTFE Syringe Filter. In addition, the article number and specific specifications of Aijiren PTFE have been clearly described. If you have any needs, please leave a comment below for inquiry.

PES syringe filter is hydrophilic in nature, and has low protein binding, high flow rate and excellent chemical stability. In addition, it also contributes to oxidation stability, high heat and low concentration of extractable elements.

Aijiren disposable PVDF syringe filter devices are designed to provide clear filterate of aqueous and organic solutionsfrom small volumes up to 100 mL.
PVDF syringe filters are made of hydrophilic PVDF membrane and a polypropylene overmold housing.

The MCE membrane filter provides researchers with the lowest combined filter. Due to their extremely low binding characteristics, these filters provide higher throughput than competing products and reduce filter replacement when filtering protein solutions.

PTFE Syringe Filter is resistant to almost all corrosive chemicals, which makes PTFE syringe filters an ideal choice. However, the disadvantage of natural hydrophobic PTFE is that after many chemicals are diluted with water, the aqueous solution cannot pass through. Need to be wetted with water in advance.

Product applications: water purification, HPLC sample preparation, mobile phase solution filtration, cell culture, microbial filtration or sampling, protein precipitate removal, particle removal and monitoring, QC analysis, content consistency, dissolution testing, environmental sampling, food analysis. Generally speaking, 0.45 ¦Ìm pore size is suitable for removing particles from samples or the mobile phase solution of chromatography equipment, and 0.22 ¦Ìm is suitable for filtering microorganisms.
