By using Aijiren syringe filters unwanted particles are removed which can otherwise cause contamination and clogging of sensitive instrumentation. So, filtering your samples leads to an increase of lifetime and less downtime of chromatographic columns and equipment, gives more consistent and reproducible results and thereby saves time and money.

PTFE is a hydrophobic membrane that is chemically resistant to almost all solvents. It can be used with corrosive media, such as strong acids, alcohols, alkalis, and aromatics. The unit is readily available, allowing simple, fast and reliable HPLC or GC analysis of ultra-clean small-volume samples. PTFE filters can also be used to prevent moisture from passing through the vents.

Designed to be compatible for the use on all common automated filtration systems, Standard syringe filters are color coded. Aijiren syringe filters are labeled for method validation and certification. All syringe filters are autoclavable (121 ¡ãC and 1.1 bar for 30 min).

Sterile syringe filters are syringe-operated filters for the clarification of aqueous solutions (column eluate, tissue culture additives, HPLC samples, etc

Despite the attractive pricing, the emphasis is very much on quality. Membrane materials are supplied by the best names in the industry and the ISO9000 certified manufacturing is carried out to the highest standards, in certified clean room conditions, using the latest manufacturing technology to ensure a high quality, consistent product. All the syringe filters are HPLC certified.

MCE features: relatively uniform pore size, high porosity, no media shedding, thin texture, low resistance, fast filtration rate, and minimal adsorption.
The main purpose of MCE: to filter out the particles and bacteria of liquid medicine, gas, oil, beverages, sprinkles, electronic instruments, etc., and can also be used for the detection of particles and bacteria.

This hydrophilic MCE disposable syringe filter provides efficient filtration for aqueous samples. The deep green medical grade PP housing ensures clean flow and reliable sealing, while the premium MCE membrane maintains consistent filtration performance for routine laboratory use.

In HPLC analysis, the particle size of the chromatographic column packing is small and easily blocked by contaminant particles. Therefore, samples and solvents must be pre-filtered to remove particulate contaminants and protect the instrument.
In addition, chromatography commonly used in environmental analysis requires that no inorganic contaminants be introduced during sample pretreatment.

A syringe filter is a disposable filtration device that is attached to a syringe for the purpose of filtering or clarifying liquid samples.
It consists of a plastic housing with a membrane filter that allows for the removal of particles or contaminants from the sample as it passes through the filter.
Syringe filters are widely used in research laboratories, quality control laboratories, pharmaceutical industries, biotechnology companies, and other applications where the filtration of liquid samples is necessary.

Mainly used in the following aspects: HPLC sample preparation; conventional QC analysis; content uniformity; removal of protein precipitates; dissolution test; food analysis; biofuel analysis; environmental samples

Features of MCE: uniform pore size, thin texture, low flow resistance, high filtration speed, low absorption, all items are quality tests for filter efficacy and housing integrity. The housing is pressure tested and can withstand pressures up to 75 psig (5.0 bar). Some filters are individually packaged aseptic packaging, certified, RNase, DNase and DNA free, and non-pyrogenic.

Nylon has excellent flow characteristics, extremely low extractable level and mechanical stability, and can provide the best combination of physical parameters to meet the most stringent analysis requirements of 13mm, 25mm and 33mm diameters. Nylon’s natural hydrophilicity, high protein binding capacity and high dirt adsorption capacity are natural advantages.

Compressed sterile air filters can be used to create clean rooms free of bacteria and other harmful particles for people with compromised immune systems. Each air supply pump is also equipped with a sterile air filter to ensure the delivery of pollution-free air. These air filters are usually sterilized by gamma rays and packaged separately.

Hydrophilic nylon membranes have extremely low levels of extractables and contain no wetting agents. They offer good chemical resistance and are ideal for aqueous and most organic samples. Filters are Triton-free and have a bidirectional membrane support and luer lock inlet/outlet for a secure fit to the syringe. Membrane type and pore size are printed on each filter for easy identification. All Cole-Parmer syringe filters are 100% integrity tested and manufactured in accordance with ISO 9002 standards. Sterile filters are sterilized by gamma radiation. They are certified nonpyrogenic, noncytotoxic, and are blister packed.

Sterile filtration is used in many applications: serum-containing or non-serum-containing media that supports the growth of cell cultures, reagents or solutions containing sensitive components that will degrade during high temperature processing, and when there is no autoclave, filtration should be added to the sterile growth media supplement Liquid, filter samples to avoid microbial growth during storage, filter buffers, remove particulate matter and avoid microbial growth during storage, filter biological samples to be analyzed, avoid microbial contamination of expensive equipment, filter environmental samples to be analyzed, filter fermentation liquids, Further purification or analysis.

This nylon membrane can be used for alkaline blotting and fixation, but if fixing methods such as baking and ultraviolet rays are used, higher nucleic acid detection sensitivity can be obtained. Since the nylon membrane is a hydrophilic membrane, it does not need to be immersed in ethanol, methanol and other solutions for activation. This product is only for scientific research by professionals, and must not be used for clinical diagnosis or treatment, or used for food or medicine, and must not be stored in ordinary residences. For your safety and health, please wear lab coats and disposable gloves for operation.

Among the many medium types of Syringe Filters produced by Aijiren, Polypropylene Syringe Filter is a special one. Because Polypropylene is often used to make the shell of Syringe Filter, there are fewer types of membranes made of Polypropylene. Aijiren finally decided to use this material to produce Syringe Filter after studying the production materials of many different manufacturers and the usage of different customers.

Syringe filters are made of many different types of materials. Various materials, diameters, pore sizes, and sterile and non-sterile options are on our list. These syringe filters provide excellent microfiltration performance for HPLC, water treatment, environment, biotechnology, beverage, food, pharmaceutical and other related fields.

Our Syringe Filters are high quality, well packaged and sold at a fair competitive price. They are available in most of the major membrane materials including Nylon, PTFE, PES, MCE, PVDF, CA, PP, and GF which are supplied in 13mm, 17mm, 25mm and 30mm formats in virgin polypropylene housings.
