Aijiren¡¯s PP syringe filter uses a hydrophobic polypropylene membrane, which has stable physical and chemical properties, good compatibility, low protein adsorption, and is suitable for filtration of aqueous solutions and most solvents. Commonly used to filter biological samples, solvents, deionized water and reduce biological load, the hydrophobic PP filter membrane is particularly good for gas filtration. The product was sterilized by dry heat at 121¡ãC for 15 minutes.

When using vents, these syringe filters can prevent moisture from passing through. Usable pH range: 1-14. PTFE can be applied to: filtering organic solvents with strong chemical corrosiveness, filtering strong acid solvents, filtering alkali solvents, compatible with gaseous samples, and can handle high-temperature liquids.

Chromatography commonly used in environmental analysis requires that no inorganic contaminants be introduced during sample pretreatment. In HPLC analysis and IC analysis, syringe filters can be used to filter sample solutions, which is an important step in sample pretreatment.

Aijiren’s PVDF membrane (imported packaging, 6.6¡Á8.5cm, 0.2¦Ìm) is a pre-cut polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) imprinting membrane with a size of 6.6¡Á8.5cm and a pore size of 0.2¦Ìm. It is most commonly used for the transfer of protein from gel to membrane in immunoblot (Western blot), and can also be used for adsorption analysis, amino acid analysis, N-terminal protein sequencing, dot and slot blot detection, Glycoprotein color development and lipopolysaccharide analysis, etc.

The PVDF Syringe Filter produced by Aijiren is made of high-quality raw materials. The filter membrane is very suitable for sample preparation and reagent filtration. Aijiren believes that the PVDF Syringe Filter can be integrated with water-based reagents, and the hydrophilicity ensures that the PVDF Syringe Filter can filter water-based reagents. success.

PES syringe filter has the characteristics of hydrophilicity, low protein binding, high flow rate and good chemical stability. In addition, it also contributes to oxidation stability, high heat and low concentration of extractable elements. Aijiren’s PES syringe filters are ideal for ion chromatography, tissue culture filtration, protein, nucleic acid and high temperature liquid filtration. It helps you get accurate results in sensitive analysis of ionic analytes.

Syringe filter is a small, disposable device that is commonly used in laboratory settings to filter or clarify fluids. It is designed to be attached to the end of a syringe and acts as a barrier that removes particles and contaminants from the fluid as it is forced through the filter.
Syringe filters typically consist of a plastic housing with a membrane filter inside. The housing has a female luer lock or luer slip connection that allows it to be securely attached to the syringe. The membrane filter, which is the key component, is made of a porous material that allows the fluid to pass through while retaining particles and contaminants above a certain size.

Although Aijiren has attractive prices, it still focuses on quality. The membrane material of the syringe filter is provided by the most famous people in the industry, and in the ISO9000 certified production process, under the certified clean room conditions, the latest manufacturing technology is used to ensure high-quality and stable products to achieve the highest standard. All syringe filters are HPLC certified.

Syringe filter is a small, disposable device used for filtration purposes in laboratories and other scientific settings. It consists of a plastic housing with a membrane filter at one end and a female luer lock or male luer slip connection at the other end, allowing it to be attached to a syringe.
The purpose of a syringe filter is to remove impurities, particulates, or unwanted substances from a liquid sample before it is injected or analyzed. The membrane filter within the syringe filter acts as a barrier, selectively allowing only certain particles or molecules to pass through while retaining larger particles.

Hydrophobic PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene) syringe filters are suitable for gaseous and organic solutions, with excellent performance for high corrosive samples. It is possible for an extended sampling range using hydrophobic PTFE filters for wider chemical resistance to aggressive substances and outstanding temperature stability. A PTFE syringe filter is an ideal choice for filtering and de-gassing chromatography solvents.

Selected PES syringe filters provide a cleaner sample extract by removing interfering materials and fine particles down to the rated pore size. Performing a syringe filtration step before chromatographic injection helps ensure more consistent and reliable results, and helps protect delicate instruments and extend column life.

PTFE is a hydrophobic membrane that is chemically resistant to almost all solvents. It can be used with corrosive media, such as strong acids, alcohols, alkalis, and aromatics. The unit is readily available, allowing simple, fast and reliable HPLC or GC analysis of ultra-clean small-volume samples. PTFE filters can also be used to prevent moisture from passing through the vents.

PES (Polyethersulfone ) syringe filter is natural hydrophilic which makes is an ideal choice (highly recommended) for aqueous solutions and alcohols. It’s not necessary to treat the filter membrane surface with wetting agents.

Aijiren Tech’s syringe filters are a complete range of non-sterile disposable syringe filters for reliable sample preparation. Repeatable membrane quality and automated production processes ensure that particles are removed from each sample, extend the service life of the analytical column, and minimize damage to the inlet or valve.

Sterile syringe filters are syringe-operated filters for the clarification of aqueous solutions (column eluate, tissue culture additives, HPLC samples, etc

PVDF syringe filters are made of hydrophilic PVDF membrane and a polypropylene overmold housing. Available in 13 mm and 25 mm diameters and 0.22 μm and 0.45 μm pore sizes.

Polyethersulfone (PES):?Hydrophilic, stable in low pH, have low levels of extractables, and exhibit low protein binding, making them suitable for many aqueous and organic solvents. PES membranes allow higher liquid flow than PTFE. Temperature resistant. pH range ~3-14 (sometimes quoted as 1-14).

Another way to determine the micron size of columns, 0.45 um for >3 um, and 0.22 um for <3um. 0.45 um membranes are typically used for general filtration and particle removal while 0.2/0.22um membranes, or sterilizing-grade membranes, are most commonly used for solution sterilization (bacteria removal).

The special color contrast provided on the surface of the MCE film helps to detect particles and minimize eye strain. It is ideal for the recovery and retention of bacteria in colony counting and sterility testing, as well as water/wastewater analysis and other microbiological tests.
