Aijiren Nylon syringe filters offer universal application for analytical procedures. Hydrophilic Nylon is ideal for aqueous (non-acidic) or organic samples and HPLC, GC, or dissolution sample analysis. With its excellent flow characteristics, very low extractable levels, and mechanical stability, Nylon offers the best combination of physical parameters to meet the most stringent analytical needs in 4mm, 13mm, 17mm, 25mm, and 33mm diameters. The naturally hydrophilic, high protein binding, and high dirt loading capacity of Nylon are natural advantages.
Nylon membrane has high strong mechanical strength, and chemical stability that can be tolerated by most organic solvents is extremely low in extractable, has good thermal stability (up to 50°C), is naturally hydrophilic, and the majority of water solution filter characteristics. It is more often applied to the common organic solvent HPLC mobile phase filtering.

Use with: Bases, Most HPLC solvents, Alcohols, Aromatic Hydrocarbons, THF.
Don’t use with: Acids, Aggressive Halogenated hydrocarbons, or protein samples (Nylon is a high binder)
Sterilization: Syringe filters can be sterilized by autoclave at 125° for 15 minutes.
