10mm Screw Thread Vial with Closures

Amber glass vials are perfect for storing samples that are sensitive to light exposure. Clear glass vials are great for testing the solubility or dispersability of materials, allowing you an unhindered view of the solution. Our vials come in 2 ml. Each pack contains 100 glass vials, along with 100 caps lined with septa.

Chromatography vial is a glass vial used by automatic samplers and headspace samplers such as liquid chromatography, gas chromatography, mass spectrometry, etc. for chromatographic automatic sampling.  10-425 Screw Glass vial for autosampler instrument is made of borosilicate glass.

The wide open vial expands the target area to facilitate sample preparation and reduce the possibility of needle bends or breaks during sampling.
Viars are manufactured in clear, type 1 class A or amber, type 1 class B borosicate glass
10-425 screw fasteners and 10mm septum must be used.

The 10-425 vial was the original wide mouth to replace the 8-425 screw vial. Today, it is recommended to use a 9mm wide-mouth screw thread vial. This is because it is more versatile and compatible with autosamplers without sacrificing a wide mouth for pipette operation.

Wide-opening 1.5mL/2.0mL 10-425 screw neck autosampler vials (12x32mm) made from USP Type I borosilicate glass. Wide mouth design reduces needle damage risk, compatible with major LC/GC systems.

HPLC Vials 10-425 1.5ml Screw Vials. Wide-opening vials provide an increased target area for easier sample preparation and to reduce the chance of bent or broken needles during samplingr. Vials are manufactured of Clear, Type 1 Class A or Amber, Type 1 Class B borosilicate glass . Requires the use of 10-425 screw thread closures and 10mm septa.

Vials are manufactured in clear type 1 class A or amber type 1 class B borosicate glass. 10-425 screw fasteners and 10mm septum must be used. See Assembly Caps and Septum Limited volume micro-insert for wide opening 10-425 vial.

Screw cap vials are a practical packaging solution for sample-size health, beauty, and pharmaceutical products. Glass screw cap vials are impermeable and don’t undergo chemical leaching, so your products stay pure. Uses for Screw Cap Vials. Use glass screw cap vials to package sample products or as full-size product packaging options.

Aijiren’s 10-425 screw vial is made of borosilicate hydrochloric acid glass, which has the characteristics of high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance, 10-425 screw vial is very compatible with the automatic sampler with a mechanical arm.

Caps are made of high quality polypropylene, Caps have the profile of a crimp or snap closure for compatibility with robotic autosamplers, Pre-assembled septa reduces the chance of contamination during sample preparation, while saving sample preparation time in the lab.

Screw-top vials also come in different sizes, with vial caps made of either aluminum for crimp seals or plastic. Amber glass vials are available in 2ml volume with a screw top. Inserts work in conjunction with any autosampler and fit either standard or wide openings vials.

4ml 13-425 screw neck vial, also called wash vial or waste vial, is for cleaning the needles during automatic sampling
13-425 screw thread caps, septa, and vials are designed for specific use with the Shimadzu and Waters WISP 48-Position Autosampler

Aijiren specializes in the production of Autosampler Vials, has its own production plant, and has purchased a large number of production equipment for assembly line production. At present, Aijiren has become the largest manufacturer of chromatographic consumables in southern China. Among them, Autosampler Vials is Aijiren’s most important product and the most customers. Products needed.

Aijiren screw thread top sample vials design is characterized by universal ease of use, especially the use of automated sample introduction systems, so this type of vial is also called a autosampler vial. And this sample vial is extremely compatible. The 1.5ml sample vial we usually say is the 2ml volume sample vial. The design of Aijiren screw thread top vials are developed from Europe and the United States, and the design feature is easy to use, especially the use of automated sample introduction system. Aijiren screw thread top vials also known as autosampler bottles.

Approximately 40% larger than a normal small neck
The increase of the target area makes sample preparation easier
Large diameter is specially designed for automatic samplers such as Waters
The large-mouth design reduces the probability of bending and damage of the sample needle during the needle sampling process

Aijiren focus on improving the safety and integrity of our samples. Aijiren provide innovative 10mm thread caps and 10mm 2ml Hplc Screw Vials to ensure consistent productivity in all separation processes. These vials are the best choice for the latest autosampler. PTFE is the most inert, but it has poor resealability, so it is not suitable for multiple injections or storage. For layered septa (such as PTFE/silicone), the chemical resistance of the septum is PTFE until the septum is punctured.
