20mm crimp-top GC headspace vials for Borosilicate Glass Headspace vial

The Crimp Top headspace vials are made of borosilicate hydrochloric acid. It has a transparent and amber color and can withstand a temperature range of -60 to 200 degrees Celsius. Generally speaking, the volume of the headspace vial is 10-20ml, and the characteristic is 22.5*46/75mm. The performance is acid resistance, alkali resistance and high temperature resistance. Packaging usually adopts inner packaging shrink plastic box.

Aijiren Tech crimp top headspace vials are available in a flat or round bottom style, with clear or amber glass. Headspace closures are available in pre-assembled caps with septums or can be ordered individually. Pressure release, seal with lining, and seal with magnetic lining are also optional.

Headspace vials can withstand the higher temperatures and internal pressures required for volatile gas analysis. With very low metal content, extractables and leachables, top headspace vials meet high standards to meet your regulatory requirements.

Headspace vials are available in clear or amber glass with a round or flat base, a crimp seal with a beveled or square edge finish, or with a screw-thread finish. Headspace vials, septum, and caps can be purchased in various quantities separately or together as convenience kits to fit your laboratory needs.

Headspace Crimpe Vials are available in volumes from 6 mL to 20 mL. We offer Headspace Crimpe Vials with a flat top or a beveled top, and are available with either a flat bottom or a rounded bottom Headspace Crimpe Vials for your application.

The chromatographic direct range of 20mm crimped top-space sample vials and caps are available in 20ml amber and transparent colors, 10ml and 6ml with a variety of flat-bottom and round-bottom shapes, suitable for autosamplers of many brands on the market. Our 20mm crimp cap with silicone/PTFE Septa is compatible with all autosamplers.

The 20mm septum is made of PTFE/silicone fusion, which has excellent inertness and can be used for multiple injections. The thickness is 3mm, and PTFE is about 0.08mm. The cap of the clamp-top empty bottle is made of metal aluminum

Crimp Caps squeeze the septum between the rim of the glass vial and the crimped aluminum cap. This forms an excellent seal preventing evaporation. The crimp cap vial requires crimping tools to carry out the sealing process.

Headspace vial manufactured from Borosilicate glass by Aijiren. Headspace vial can be available in 6ml – 20ml. Clear or Amber can be choose. Crimp Thread Headspace Vials use a 1.25 mm average wall thickness, which offers more reliability when internal pressures build. Our Headspace Vials meet or exceed OEM standards.

A headspace vial is used in the process of top – gas chromatography. When detecting volatile or semi-volatile mixtures with high boiling points, we need to heat them to vaporize them at the top. In this process, since the liquid samples are at the bottom, the material in the top gas can be measured without touching the liquid in the sample vial.

Headspace vials are a type of sample container used in analytical chemistry, specifically for headspace analysis. Headspace analysis involves the analysis of volatile compounds present in the gas phase above a sample. These volatile compounds are typically of interest in applications such as gas chromatography (GC) or gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS).
Headspace vials are designed to hold the sample and create a sealed environment for the vapor phase above the sample. The vials are typically made of glass, although plastic vials are also available. The vials have a specific volume capacity, which can range from a few milliliters to several tens of milliliters, depending on the application.

Headspace vials are specialized containers designed to hold samples for gas chromatography analysis, particularly when using headspace sampling techniques. The 20mm crimp-top variety refers to vials with a 20mm opening that is sealed with a crimped cap. These vials are available in various sizes, with 6ml, 10ml, and 20ml being the most common.

Head space vials analysis of gases present in head space sample vials,Laboratory bottles for head space analysis are called head space vials.
To get accurate results,We also have certain requirements for sample bottles and septa.
Head sample space are available with round bottom and flat bottom,as follows:
The round bottom is compatible with most automatic samplers, and the sample arm is convenient for carrying the sample vials from tray.
The flat bottom can achieve a high level of heating efficiency during manual head space injection and is suitable for certain types of instruments.

Headspace vials are available in clear or amber glass, with round or flat bases, with beveled or square crimp seals, or with screw threads. Headspace vials, septum and caps can be purchased separately in various quantities or together as convenience kits to suit your laboratory needs.

The material of Headspace Vials is low extractable Borosilicate glass with low expansion rate, high-temperature resistance, high strength, high hardness, high light transmittance and high chemical stability. Headspace Vials suitable for headspace analysis of volatile solids and gases.

Aijiren Tech headspace vials are manufactured to provide uniform glass thickness which insures even heat distribution for consistent sampling reliability. All Aijiren Tech headspace vials meet or exceed OEM instrument manufacturer’s specifications.Aijiren Tech vials are available in 20ml versions with Screw and Crimp type.

The butyl septa on the PTFE surface can be used in the headspace sample bottle to evaluate the injection activity and the penetration efficiency of methyl bromide on the activated carbon. The septum can be used to seal the vial during liquid sample collection for unmodified benzene analysis using HPLC method

Headspace GC is a sample preparation method for determining volatile compounds in solid and liquid samples. Headspace sample vial is generally used for gas phase experiments.

20mm crimp-top headspace borosilicate glass vial is a specific type of vial used in headspace analysis, a technique commonly employed in gas chromatography (GC). These vials are designed to store and analyze samples for volatile compounds.
Headspace analysis involves the sampling and analysis of the vapor phase above a sample, typically done to analyze volatile compounds that can be released from solid or liquid samples.
The headspace vials are specifically designed to withstand the increased pressure and temperature conditions associated with this technique. It’s important to note that Headspace vials may also be available with other closure mechanisms, such as screw caps or magnetic caps.
