The Aijiren sample vial has excellent sealing performance, which can effectively avoid sample evaporation. The vial and the corresponding 11 mm aluminum cap can be easily and quickly combined with the jaw-capping tool. The vial can withstand heat and pressure, and can also be used for chemical reactions. Especially for vials with white open caps and thick PTFE / silicone septa, they can be used as anhydrous and oxygen-free reaction vials.

Autosampler vials can be used to inject samples from an autosampler. Autosampler vials are available in a variety of sizes, with 2 mL vials being the most common size. During the injection process, the autosampler needle pierces the cap and extracts the desired amount of analyte from the vial. There are different types of vials for chromatography applications.

The screw top vial design is characterized by general ease of use, especially with autosampling systems, hence the name autosampler vial. The 1.5 ml vials are commonly referred to as 2 ml capacity vials.

The snap-on vials produced by Aijiren are made of Type 1 borosilicate glass (Grade A, 33 expanded borosilicate glass), with transparent or amber color, or made of polypropylene. The snap vial can accept either aluminum snap seal or polyethylene snap cap. Very suitable for short-term storage.

Screw Cap Vials are universal. Screwing the cap applies a mechanical force that squeezes the septum between the glass rim and the cap. Screw caps form an excellent seal and mechanically hold the septum in place during piercing. No tools are required for assembly.

High-Quality Vial – Clear vials made of low extractable borosilicate glass conforming to USP Type I and ASTM E438, Type I, Class A requirements. This type of glass has a borosilicate structure. It is ideal for containing all injectable preparations with acid, neutral and alkaline pH. It also has good resistance to thermal shocks and can be sterilized before or after filling.

We provide the protection of PTFE and the resealing ability of silicone with our septa and seals to fit our autosampler crimp top vials. This seal includes a two sided PTFE septa with silicone in the center.
