2ml Amber and Clear Glass Vial with PP Snap Cap

2ml snap autosampler is made of colorless Class 1 Type A or Amber Class 1 Type B borosilicate glass, and attach a writable label for sample identification.

The vial cap is made of high-quality polypropylene, and the septum is made of the highest-quality materials. The precise manufacturing tolerances and the controllable manufacturing environment ensure the high efficiency of product functions.

2ml Snap Top HPLC Vial is made of Type 1 borosilicate glass. Comparing with 9mm screw vial, this 2ml Snap Top HPLC Vial mouth is wider opening. So 2ml Snap Top HPLC Vial is easier to fill and provides a larger target area for the autosampler needle. That means, the 2ml Snap Top HPLC Vial can protect the needle.

11mm Snap caps provide a secure seal, minimizing evaporation even with volatile samples, the audible click ensures that a secure seal has been formed and the cap is properly applied. Snap caps have septa pre-assembled, Snap caps are compatible with Aijiren Vials and other snap-ring style vials.

• Widely used in HPLC applications, universally usable vials for almost autosamplers, include the one with robotic handing.
• Snap vials can be closed with either snap caps or crimp caps.
• Snap caps can be easy as push-on, pull-off by hand.
• Clear glass vials–made from USP Type I, Class A, 33Borosilicate Expansion glass
• Amber glass vials—made from USP Type 1 Class B, 51Borosilicate Glass.

Choose from these chemically inert borosilicate glass vials, which are of high quality and suitable for most chromatographic applications. In certain applications, Aijiren? 11mm plastic crimp/bayonet vials provide an economical choice for glass. Borosilicate glass is chemically inert and suitable for most chromatographic applications. When the content of inorganic ions must be kept to an absolute minimum, borosilicate glass Snap Vial can be used.

Features: 32*11.6mm vial; 11*1mm Teflon/silicone septa; 11mm white open PP cover. It can be used on various autosamplers.

Snap seal vials are less prone to breakage during decapping because more glass is used in the neck of the vial. The snap seal neck finish is compatible with either crimp and/or snap seals and no special tools are required to remove the cap. These vials are recommended for short term sample storage and non-volatile samples because the seal is not as secure as a crimp or screw thread seal.

The vial cap is made of high-quality polypropylene, and the septum is made of the highest-quality materials. The precise manufacturing tolerances and the controllable manufacturing environment ensure the high efficiency of product functions.

Snap Vials are manufactured from Type 1 borosilicate glass(Class A, 33 expansion borosilicate glass), available in clear or amber, or from Polypropylene. Snap Vials accept both an Aluminum Snap Seal as well as a Polyethylene Snap Cap. Excellent for short-term storage. Deactivation, MS Certification is also available.

The snap-on seal bottle produced by Aijiren is not easy to break during the opening process because more glass is used in the neck of the bottle. The snap-on seal neck is compatible with crimping and/or snap-on seals, and the cover can be removed without any special tools. It is recommended to use these vials for short-term sample storage and non-volatile samples, as their tightness is not as good as crimping or thread sealing.

The snap-on vials produced by Aijiren are made of Type 1 borosilicate glass (Grade A, 33 expanded borosilicate glass), with transparent or amber color, or made of polypropylene. The snap vial can accept either aluminum snap seal or polyethylene snap cap. Very suitable for short-term storage.

11mm Crimp Neck Conical micro-vial for laboratory chromatography experiment, the micro-vial size is 11.6x32mm. 2ml clear glass vial with 0.3ml intergrated vial, designed for valuable samples to save for testing use volume. Bottom fixed micro insert to keep the vial central vertical.

11mm Snap Top Closures are made of PP. The translucent Cap design allows users to see the fixed card slot. The inside of the Snap Cap has 4 protrusions for fixing in the lateral groove of the Vial Neck.

Aijiren produces 11mm snap top closures to provide more sealing for Snap Top Vial. 11mm snap neck vial is a kind of Autosampler Vial, which is a popular product of Aijiren. Aijiren’s Autosampler Vial is a star product, and 11mm snap top closures are even more full. Attention, Aijiren promised to use better raw materials, better machinery and equipment to ensure unified production.

Aijiren 2ml 11mm Snap Ring HPLC Vial is made of transparent type A type 1 or amber type B type 1 type B borosilicate glass. Amber glass can effectively block ultraviolet rays and protect sensitive samples from the volatilization caused by ultraviolet rays. Aijiren 2ml 11mm Snap Ring HPLC Vial has a standard scale and writing area for easy filling and identification.

The 2ml snap autosampler vial is often used in conjunction with the automatic sampler. The vial is made of colorless Class 1 Type A or Amber Class 1 Type B borosilicate glass with a writable label for sample identification.

Snap Top 2ml HPLC Vials can accommodate 250uL Micro-inserts,The specifications of Micro-insert are 29*5.7mm, 31*5.7mm, and 31*6mm. You can choose Micro-insert according to your needs. This is more helpful for HPLC analysis of precious samples, which can save samples without causing waste.
