Amber Glass snap vial can protect light-sensitive samples from ultraviolet radiation. The glass used by Aijiren can withstand high temperatures and will not react with the reagents in the bottle, which will affect the results of the experiment.

Instructions for use and precautions:
1. It must be used with disposable syringes and glass syringes. The interface is standard. Put the needle filter on the syringe first, then pour the liquid into the syringe, press the push rod down, and collect the filtered liquid.
2. Do not use a syringe smaller than 10cc, because the small-volume column may cause the pressure to exceed the upper limit and cause damage to the filter membrane.
3. Only for laboratory use, one-time use, non-renewable.
4. The filtrate at the beginning of the part should be discarded. The volume is about the dead volume of the filter. Taking 25mm as an example, discard the first 1mL filtrate; or pre-clean the filter with 1 to 2mL of solution.

Aijiren is made of high-quality USP 1 expanded 33 borosilicate clear glass (USP Type 1, Type A) or 51 amber glass. The bottom of the vial is even and flat to ensure the safety of the blade. The sample vial has a writable spot and can provide 0.5, 1.0 and 1.5ml graduations.

Headspace vials are available in clear or amber glass with a round or flat base, a crimp seal with a beveled or square edge finish, or with a screw-thread finish. The material of the headspace sample bottle produced by Aijiren is borosilicate glass with low extraction rate, which has low expansion rate, high temperature resistance, high strength, high hardness, high light transmittance and high chemical stability. The headspace sample bottle is suitable for headspace analysis of volatile solids and gases.

Aijiren syringe filter membrane use method introduction: before inhaling the sample, suck about 1ml of air into the syringe, so as to minimize the liquid residue, suck the sample into the syringe, invert the syringe and clear all the residues on the top Clean, connect the needle filter to the syringe, tighten it gently to ensure a good seal, filter the sample in the syringe and inject it into the sample bottle, and then follow the steps to maximize the recovery rate, remove the filter, and suck air into the syringe, Reconnect the filter head and eject all residual samples.

With a large enough change in temperature, the neck of the bottle can actually crack if it shrinks too tight around the stopper.
