Compressed sterile air filters can be used to create clean rooms free of bacteria and other harmful particles for people with compromised immune systems. Each air supply pump is also equipped with a sterile air filter to ensure the delivery of pollution-free air. These air filters are usually sterilized by gamma rays and packaged separately.

Polypropylene is compatible with acetone, ethyl acetate, methanol, isobutyl alcohol, methanol, and methyl ethyl ketone. Polypropylene is incompatible with cyclohexane, ethers, dichlorobenzene, pentanes, methylene chloride, and trichlorobenzene. Gas, disinfectants or autoclave are recommended to sterilize products made of polypropylene. Maximum temperature use is 135¡ãC.

Syringe filter is a quick, convenient and reliable filter tool used routinely in the laboratory.Because they don’t need to change the membrane and filter cleaning, it’s eliminating the complex and time-consuming preparation. It is widely used in the sample pre filtration, removal of particles, aseptic filtration of liquids and gases. It is the preferred method to filter small samples before loading into HPLC and GC ,and it is often used with disposable syringe.

Customers can use sterile syringe filters to filter out particles and contamination in the fluid. Filtration requires a 0.2¦Ìm pore size to produce a sterile filtrate. The volume of the solution to be filtered varies from a few milliliters to several liters. Typical fluids may include serum-containing media, buffers, biological or protein samples, reagents, or other fluids, and need to be free of particulates or microbial contamination.

The special color contrast provided on the surface of the MCE film helps to detect particles and minimize eye strain. It is ideal for the recovery and retention of bacteria in colony counting and sterility testing, as well as water/wastewater analysis and other microbiological tests.

Aijiren’s syringe filters with nylon membranes are compatible with a wide range of solvents, making them ideal for fast filtration of most aqueous and organic solutions. Therefore, when a mixture of sample aqueous solution and organic solvent passes through nylon membrane, fine droplets of extractor solvent accumulate and are separated from the sample aqueous solution. Using this simple method, the total extraction time is only 3-4 minutes; It is environmentally friendly, has no centrifugal effect, provides a higher sample purification rate by filtering receptor phases, and filtering reagents ensures reduced impurities and protects the color column.

Our syringe filters are high quality, packaged and sold at fair competitive prices. They are available in most of the major membrane materials including nylon, PTFE, PES, MCE, PVDF, CA, PP, and GF, and are available in 13mm, 17mm, 25mm and 30mm formats for virgin polypropylene housings.

Sample preparation for high-throughput Ultra High Performance Liquid Chromatography (UHPLC)/High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) analysis can be time consuming when using multiple consumables such as a syringe, syringe filter, sample vial, cap, and septum. Aijiren HPLC filters result in faster sample preparation than the normal syringe filter method.

In HPLC analysis, the particle size of the chromatographic column packing is small and easily blocked by contaminant particles. Therefore, samples and solvents must be pre-filtered to remove particulate contaminants and protect the instrument.
