A headspace vial is used in the process of top – gas chromatography. When detecting volatile or semi-volatile mixtures with high boiling points, we need to heat them to vaporize them at the top. In this process, since the liquid samples are at the bottom, the material in the top gas can be measured without touching the liquid in the sample vial.

PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) silicon vials, also known as PTFE-lined silicon vials, are specialized containers commonly used in pharmaceutical and laboratory settings. These vials are designed to provide a high level of chemical resistance and inertness, making them suitable for storing and transporting sensitive or reactive substances.TFE silicon vials are commonly used for storing and transporting pharmaceutical drugs, particularly those that are sensitive to interactions with container materials.

Aijiren’s 9mm Amber Vial has a huge production workshop and many production lines. The 9mm Amber Vial provided by Aijiren is 100 pcs/pack. Generally speaking, it is packaged in PP Box. The minimum order quantity is 10 boxes. It supports two-in-one packaging with PP Closures or Individually packaged.

There are two types of packaging for 20mm Crimp Top Closures produced by Aijiren, one is packaged in plastic bags, the other is packaged in threaded plastic cans, and the quantity is 100 per bag/can. Aijiren is packaged in cans. Because 20mm Crimp Top Closures are easily squeezed and deformed during transportation, which affects the sealing effect in the experiment, they are packed in cans.

The screw cap vial is easy to handle. Tightening the lid with your hand and a mechanical arm will exert mechanical force, which will squeeze the septum between the glass vial and the lid. The screw cap forms an excellent seal and mechanically fixes the septum in place during the piercing process. No tools are required for assembly.

We offer the large opening vial with a 11 mm opening. These vials are available in both clear and amber glass. The large opening vials are also offered with a write-on spot on the side of the vial for sample identification.

Amber has a light-shielding function, which can isolate ultraviolet rays and protect samples. Aijiren’s septa for 24mm screw closures uses natural-color Silicone and PTFE. These Septas have a diameter of 22mm and a thickness of 3mm, which are consistent with the size of the Cap and can be placed between the Vial and the Cap to isolate the air and the sample. The size is 3mm. The thickness is also very suitable for needle piercing. The material of Septa is soft and tough, not easily deformed and will not break.

The 4ml hplc vials produced by Aijiren are known for their high quality and strong stability. The opening of the 4ml hplc vial is 13mm. The screw Neck thread is very convenient for Cap sealing. Caps can choose to have a center hole or no center hole, and a center hole is available. Convenient for sampling with automatic injection needle, 13-425 without center hole is suitable for sealing samples.

20ml Crimp Top Headspace Vial has a very good seal and can be used for volatile samples, but it needs to be used with 20mm Hand Crimper to seal the vials, and when opening the lid, it needs to be sealed with 20mm Hand Decrimper.
