Crimp Top Sample Vials are the most commonly used gas sampling vials on the market today. Sample vials with a capacity of 2ml, particularly suitable for laboratory use. At the same time, some vial bottoms are designed at the bottom of the bay, so the bottom is flat and compatible with automatic sampling equipment.

Material: The vials are made of borosilicate, of which the feature is resistant to high temperatures and low temperatures. The the vials have a wall thickness of 1mm.
Kindly Note: The vials are NOT sterile, but they can be heated and boiled to be sterile.

Aijiren’s 2ml Crimp Top Vial uses Aluminum Cap, which needs to be sealed with Hand Crimper. When opening, you need to use Decrimper to unseal the bottle. Aijiren provides matching Crimper and Decrimper, which is convenient for customers to use.

It can be used as an anhydrous and anaerobic reactive vial, especially for white open caps and thick PTFE/silicon septum vials.

Aijiren’s amber glass crimp top vial can resist ultraviolet rays and effectively protect the samples in the vial from deterioration under sunlight. It should be noted that the amber vial glass is all 5.0 type, please consider carefully when purchasing.

Aijiren’s 2ML Crimp Top HPLC Vial can be used with Micro-Insert to hold a small amount of samples to be tested, or precious samples. Put the sample into the Micro-insert, put the Micro-insert into the 2ml Crimp Autosampler Vial, fix the Cap with Crimper, and then put it into the Autosampler for testing.

11mm Crimp Neck Vials is made of high-quality 33 expanded borosilicate 51A brown (type 1 type B) glass. Some sample bottles provide graduated writing labels for easy identification of samples. Wide neck design is easy to fill. If there is a need for small sample detection, it can be matched with micro -insert.
