11mm Crimp Neck Vials is made of high-quality 33 expanded borosilicate 51A brown (type 1 type B) glass. Some sample bottles provide graduated writing labels for easy identification of samples. Wide neck design is easy to fill. If there is a need for small sample detection, it can be matched with micro -insert.

The Aijiren sample vials are highly sealed to effectively avoid sample evaporation. Vials and corresponding 11 mm aluminum caps can be easily and quickly combined with jaw capping tools. Vials can withstand heat and pressure and can also be used for chemical reactions. Aijiren’s 2ML Crimp Top HPLC Vial can be used with Micro-Insert to hold a small amount of samples to be tested, or precious samples. Put the sample into the Micro-insert, put the Micro-insert into the 2ml Crimp Autosampler Vial, fix the Cap with Crimper, and then put it into the Autosampler for testing.
