13-425 Thread Screw Neck glass Autosampler Vials empty glass HPLC vial

The 13-425 4ml Screw Vial offers several key features and benefits. Its high quality glass construction ensures chemical resistance and maintains sample integrity during storage and analysis. The screw cap design provides a tight seal, preventing leakage and minimizing the risk of contamination. The vial’s transparency allows for easy visualization of samples, improving accuracy and efficiency. It is widely used in various applications including chromatography, pharmaceutical analysis, environmental testing and more.

Aijiren’s 4ml 13-425 Vial for HPLC is a popular product. Aijiren uses high-quality borosilicate glass to make Via, good PP plastic to make the lid, Silicone’s Septa, these excellent accessories combine to become Aijiren 4ml 13-425 screw vial.

The 4ml 13-425 Screw Thread Autosampler Vial prioritizes safety and security in sample handling. The borosilicate glass material is non-reactive, ensuring the integrity of the sample and preventing any unwanted interactions.

The 13-425 vial provided by Aijiren are all made of borosilicate hydrochloric acid glass, which is extremely inert and difficult to react with chemical reagents, which can effectively ensure the accuracy of the experimental results.

4mL vials are widely used in compound storage as well as for chromatography sample vials. Vials are manufactured of Clear, or Amber borosilicate glass and include a write-in patch for sample identification.

4ml 13-425 hplc vial with screw cap is belong to HPLC autosampler vials. The classification of HPLC autosampler vials is generally done based on the diameter of the vial body, vial height, and thread finish. Clear glass and amber glass present similar inertness. 4ml 13-425 hplc vial with screw cap is compatible to SHIMADZU instrument. Autosampler needle pierces through the cap during injection and withdraws the required amounts of analyte from the sample vial.

The Aijiren 15x45mm vials have a 13-425 GPI thread and can hold up to 4ml of sample. Use the 13 x 425 caps with septa for use as sample vials and with diffusion caps for wash vials. With closed top screw seals, these vials can also be used as storage vials.

Screw Cap Vials are universal. Screwing the cap applies a mechanical force that squeezes the septum between the glass rim and the cap. Screw caps form an excellent seal and mechanically hold the septum in place during piercing. No tools are required for assembly.

The 13-425 vial is widely used in the design of multiple injections or longer sampling periods, as well as weather chromatographs and liquid chromatographs. The thread is precisely machined to ensure sealing at all times. It fits perfectly with the matching 13mm black and white opening, solid cover and various septa.

Aijiren is a supplier of 13-425 Screw Neck Vial. Our factory specializes in the production of 13-425 Screw Neck Vial for chromatography. We use good raw materials to make 13-425 Screw Neck Vial and sell them at a cheap price while ensuring quality. Aijiren’s high quality and low price have satisfied many customers.

The 4ml screw neck glass vial produced by Aijiren is often used in Autosampler. The 4ml 13mm opening is convenient for automatic injection needle injection. The Cap has a center hole. PTFE and Silicone are compounded on both sides to ensure that one side of PTFE faces the reagent inside Vias, ensuring that the stability of the reagent is not destroyed.

4 mL screw top vials, also called waste vial or wash vial, usually used to wash the needle of autosamplers. Our 4ml Vials are manufactured from Type I Borosilicate Glass, which meets all USP, JP, and EP Pharmacopeia requirements.
The specifications are international common standards, which are fully compatible with the autosamplers of Aijiren, Worcester, Shimadzu and Thermo Fisher. The product is clean, dust-free packaging, no additional cleaning is required, and it can be used directly on the machine

Red PTFE / white silicon separator + black cap without holes, 15x45mm vial for 4ml screw top vial has 13-425 GPI thread, can hold up to 4ml samples. Use a 13 x 425 cap with a septum when using it as a sample vial, or a diffusion cap for a cleaning vial. Sealed screw seals allow these vials to also be used as storage vials.

These screw neck vials feature a 4ml capacity, providing ample space for storing liquid or solid samples. The screw neck design allows for easy and secure sealing, preventing leakage and contamination. The vials have a wide opening, facilitating convenient sample loading and retrieval.

The 4ml 13mm Screw Thread Vials often feature clear graduated markings on the side, allowing for accurate measurement and dispensing of samples. These graduations provide researchers with a visual reference for precise volume control, minimizing errors in sample preparation and analysis.

Aijiren Sample Storage Vial is usually used for environmental analysis. Clear Glass Vial can better see the state of the sample. Amber Glass Vial can withstand ultraviolet light and protect the chemical components in the sample that are sensitive to ultraviolet light.

4ml 13-425 HPLC vial with cap is used for chromatography system. In the experimental system, the automatic sample system has the high-tech innovation ability, can improve the productivity of the chemical laboratory, and achieve excellent results in efficiency, safety and replicability. Therefore, 4ml 13-425 HPLC vial is also of great concern.

Polypropylene/PTFE silicone screw vial caps with septa are commonly used in high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and other analytical techniques. These caps provide a secure seal for vials, preventing sample evaporation and contamination. When selecting polypropylene/PTFE silicone screw vial caps with septa, consider factors such as thread compatibility with your vials, the specific requirements of your HPLC system, and the chemical compatibility with your samples and solvents. Reputable manufacturers and suppliers offer a range of options to suit different vial sizes and analytical needs.
