For the 1ml Shell Vials a plug with and one without insertion barrier for Micro-Inserts is available. The one without barrier shows a better valve effect with regard to the formation of a vacuum.
Shell vials and the appropriate plugs can also be supplied as a 2in1 KIT.

The specification of 1ml Shell Vial is 40*8mm, the maximum capacity is 1ml, the neck diameter is 8mm, and the flat bottom is very convenient for the automatic sampler to draw liquid. The stability of the glass material also ensures the safety performance of the reagent.

The 1ml Shell Vial produced by Aijiren is mostly used in experiments with few samples but precious. This type of Vias is sealed with PP Cap. The glass is stable and highly inert, and it is not easy to affect the quality of Vias due to the chemical content.

Aijiren chooses borosilicate glass or polypropylene to make 1ml shell vial, which can be used in Waters WISP™ 96-position autosampler. It can be inserted directly into the snap stopper. The vial and cap are purchased separately or together in a convenient bag. Polyethylene snap stopper. The cap has a star-shaped top, which makes it easier to pierce the needle and facilitate sample injection.
