Transparent crimp top headspace vial with aluminum crimp cap and ptfe silicone septum
volume: 10ml or 20ml, diameter: 20mm neck diameter

To seal the vial, the screw cap is securely threaded onto the vial neck. The threading mechanism ensures a tight and reliable seal, preventing any leakage or contamination of the sample. The screw top design allows for easy sealing and unsealing of the vial, facilitating efficient sample handling and analysis.

Headspace vials are common consumables generally used in gas phase experiments. Headspace samples are usually prepared in vials containing sample, dilution solvent, matrix modifier and headspace.

Headspace vials are common consumables generally used in gas phase experiments.  Headspace vials have different capacity specifications, including 6ml, 10ml, 20ml, etc. Use a standard sample vial to ensure sufficient headspace. Usually, the reserved volume should be at least 50% of the sample volume.

Headspace vials can withstand the higher temperatures and internal pressures required for volatile gas analysis. With very low metal content, extractables and leachables, they meet high standards to meet your regulatory requirements. These headspace vials are specification-certified for physical dimensions and autosampler compatibility.

Headspace vials are available in clear or amber glass with a round or flat base, a crimp seal with a beveled or square edge finish, or with a screw-thread finish. Headspace vials, septum, and caps can be purchased in various quantities separately or together as convenience kits to fit your laboratory needs.

18mm septa use only the highest quality materials to ensure proper function, specifically for GC applications, ensuring the septum does not fall into the vial during sample injection.

10ml 20ml Headspace GC vials are a type of sample vial used in gas chromatography (GC) analysis.
They are specifically designed for the analysis of volatile and semi-volatile compounds present in a sample.
Headspace analysis involves the extraction of volatile compounds from a solid or liquid sample into the gas phase for injection into a GC instrument.
20mm aluminum caps and septa are commonly used in chromatography applications, including gas chromatography (GC) and high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). They are used to seal sample vials and ensure a gas-tight or liquid-tight seal.

Aijiren provides Screw Thread Headspace Vial always be applied to Aijiren, Shimadzu, Tekmar, CTC PAL, Varian, Gerstel, Atas, Thermo Scientific autosamplers. Aijiren’s Screw Thread Headspace Vial are all round bottom, this is because A rounded bottom is more sturdy and thus more resistant to the high pressure within the vial during the heating process.

Headspace vials are a kind of laboratory vials for headspace analysis, with the features of high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance.
A headspace vial is used in the process of top gas chromatography. When detecting volatile or semi-volatile mixtures with high boiling points, we need to heat them to evaporate them at the top. Since the liquid samples are at the bottom, the material in the top gas can be measured without touching the liquid in the sample vial.

Headspace vials are common consumables generally used in gas phase experiments. Headspace samples are typically prepared in vials containing sample, diluting solvent, matrix modifier, and headspace.

High-performance 10mL and 20mL 18mm screw thread headspace vials (ND18) with rounded bottom design, crafted from USP Type I borosilicate glass. Provides secure, pressure-resistant sealing without crimping tools, compatible with Agilent, CTC, and Shimadzu autosamplers.

A solid disk of PTFE offers superior chemical inertness against the most aggressive solvents. The thin membrane allows for easy penetration by most needles. PTFE septa are not resealable. They should be used with relatively short cycle times or single injection methods.

Aijiren Tech’s headspace vials are manufactured to provide uniform glass thickness, thereby ensuring uniform heat distribution, thereby achieving consistent sampling reliability. All Aijiren Tech headspace vials meet the manufacturer’s specifications. AijirenTech sample bottles are available in 6ml, 10ml, and 20ml types, with screw and crimping types.

Grey PTFE/Moulded Butyl Septa & Grey PTFE/Pharma-fix Butyl Septa for 20mm crimp vials, Size: 20*3mm, 100pcs/pk

Headspace vials are a type of laboratory vials used for gas chromatography. They are designed to contain samples that will be analyzed using headspace gas chromatography, a technique used to analyze volatile compounds in solid or liquid samples. The vials are sealed with a septum cap, allowing the headspace above the sample to be analyzed without exposing the sample to the atmosphere. This technique is commonly used in pharmaceutical, environmental, and food analysis, among other fields.
Headspace vials, also known as gas chromatography (GC) vials or sample vials, are specialized containers used for the analysis of volatile compounds in gas chromatography. They are designed to store samples and create a headspace above the sample, which contains the volatile components to be analyzed.

The Lab Use 20mm Crimp Headspace Vial is specifically designed for accurate and reliable analysis of headspace samples in laboratory settings. With its 20mm crimp neck, these vials ensure a secure and leak-proof seal during sample collection and analysis, maintaining sample integrity and preventing contamination.

Headspace Vials and Closures from Aijiren. Aijiren Technologies headspace vials and closures are engineered to prevent sample contamination and ensure accurate analysis. They are available in a range of sizes and glass types. Choice of crimp or screw top vials; Bevelled top for maximum level of seal security.

The material of Headspace Vials is low extractable Borosilicate glass with a low expansion rate, high-temperature resistance, high strength, high hardness, high light transmittance, and high chemical stability. Headspace Vials are suitable for headspace analysis of volatile solids and gases.
