Vials with micro inserts are becoming more and more popular in small batch sample processing. Aijiren vials combine the robustness of glass vials with the advantages of glass micro inserts. The glass microinsert is firmly fixed in the conical cup of the sample vial, with its edge slightly exceeding the edge of the sample vial to ensure a tight seal between the septum and the glass.

When used with 12 x 32 mm autosampler vials, the micro vial insert allows maximum sample recovery and easier sample removal. This is because their conical shape reduces the surface area inside the vial. The micro vial insert can be used with screw vials, crimp vials or snap vials.
