9mm Screw Thread Amber Vial with Closures

If the weight, damage, surface inertness, and/or disposal costs of the glass vial are concerned, the vial manufactured from polypropylene is an alternative to consideration. The benefits of polypropylene materials include low extraction rates, compatibility with many solvents, ideal for working with proteins, ideal for ion chromatography applications, ideal for pH-sensitive sample storage, and eliminate the need for inserts during microsampling.

The aijiren chromatography sample vial is made of borosilicate glass and meets ASTM TYPE I ClassA and USP TYPE I standards.
There are four types: colorless and amber vial, handwriting area and no handwriting area.

While most liquid chromatography autosamplers use 12 x 32 mm vials, the most common HPLC vials are 9 mm screw vials. 9 mm screw vials have openings that are large enough for easy pipetting, but the necks (and closures) are still compatible with most autosamplers in use today.

The Lab Use 9mm 2ml HPLC Autosampler Vial for Supply is a specialized vial designed for high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) applications. With a 9mm thread size, these vials ensure a secure and leak-proof seal, preventing sample contamination and maintaining sample integrity during analysis.

Our premium 2mL clear glass autosampler vials feature the universal 9-425 screw thread for a secure seal and reliable compatibility with standard HPLC and GC systems.
The standard 12x32mm flat-bottom design ensures smooth operation and stable performance in your autosampler tray.

9mm Closures are formed by the combination of Cap and Septa. Screw Neck guarantees the tightness of 9mm Closures. Generally speaking, one end of PTFE faces the sample surface, because PTFE is highly inert and difficult to react with chemicals. Aijiren also supports separate orders for Cap and Septa.

Although most laboratories have switched to 9 mm screw thread vials for a wider opening while still being autosampler compatible, some labs use 8-425 vials for storing solvents. The standard opening 8-425 vials have more threads per inch, so there is less likelihood that volatile solvents will evaporate over time.

The Lab 9mm 2ml Screw Top HPLC Autosampler Vial features a precision-engineered design, ensuring a secure and leak-proof seal. It is compatible with various autosamplers, making it a versatile choice for HPLC applications.

The large opening reduces the risk of bent autosampler needles during sampling. When choosing a 2mL Glass Screw Top Autosampler Vials, the product material is of paramount importance.

Caps with solid PE liners offer good chemical resistance and low moisture vapor transmission rate and is great for nail polish remover and higher concentration acids & alkalis. Good for non-oil products filled at room temperature. Because this lining system is paperless, your samples will not be contaminated with fiber or paper particles from the closure. Available in Phenolic caps.

The Autosampler Vial produced by Aijiren is often used in autosamplers. Whether it is Aijiren or other brands of autosamplers, Aijiren Autosampler Vial can be perfectly adapted. It is precisely because of this that Aijiren Autosampler Vial can be so well-known and become A well-known manufacturer of chromatography consumables in the world.

The Screw Caps that are inlcuded with this kit are knurled on the sides for excellent gripping and comfort when applyting to the vial. The silicone rubber / PTFE septa used were designed to provide the right amount of resistance to autosampler needles during the injection process so that they penetrate the vial properly without damaging the septa or the injection needle. Too much or too little resistance to the needles can damage the septa, compromise resealing, cause needle blockage from coring of the septa material and even damage your autosampler. These septa perform even when using a wide range of needles: fine, blunt or even dull. Low sample or solvent evaporation performance even after multiple injections have been observed when using aijiren caps.

The 1.5mL Short Threaded Sample Vial provides researchers with an effective solution for storing samples in a laboratory environment. Autosampler vials are generally made of hydrolytic glass or borosilicate, with various specifications. Different vial mouth designs meet different actual needs.

Type: Screw-neck vial (ND9 standard)
Dimensions: Thread diameter 9mm × total height 12mm
Material: Borosilicate glass 3.3 (amber/transparent)
Compatibility: Suitable for all 9mm thread caps and autosamplers

Short Thread Caps with Septa for 9mm 1.5ml HPLC Vial often come with multiple septa options to accommodate different analytical requirements. Depending on the specific application, researchers can choose from various septa materials, such as silicone, PTFE, or bonded septa, to optimize sample compatibility and performance.

Aijiren’s 9mm Screw Neck Autosampler Vial is one of Aijiren’s most popular products. The screw neck and 2ml capacity are very compatible with the specifications of the autosampler, especially Aijiren’s 100pcs/pack, which is very convenient for customers to use. It is well received, has strong stability and is not easily affected by other reagents.

Chromatography sample vial is a glass vial used by automatic samplers and headspace samplers such as liquid chromatography, gas chromatography, mass spectrometry, etc. for chromatographic automatic sampling. Its basic requirements are accurate volume, ability to withstand a certain pressure, good sealing performance, and no adsorption to samples.

The PP cap will puncture with far less force than needed to puncture a PTFE/Silicone septa, thus minimizing instrument wear and tear as well as downtime. The septa are not resealable and are intended for single use.

High recovery vials offer precision vials made from low expansion borosilicate glass and designed with a unique interior bottom, solid glass vial of a Microliter-Vial with inner cone, allowing for maximum retrieval of contents by a syringe.

Polypropylene caps are known for good impact strength, cost effectiveness, and pliability. They can be remelted after they are formed. Aijiren Polypropylene cap is widely used in chromatography analysis.
