9mm 0.3ml Screw Micro-Vial from Aijiren

150uL insert, with inner mandrel and polymer feet, 29 * 5mm; suitable for ND8 sample bottles. Glass insert with polymer feet. Cone, with a precision-shaped mandrel inside, 150μl. The spring insert can automatically adjust the center and provide cushioning for needle contact.

Polypropylene plastic material provides sensible alternative when glass is not viable
Conical insert supports samples of the highest purity and sensitivity
Clear color provides for an unhindered view of the solution to observe any changes
Highest quality ISO9001:2020 certification in the industry ensures most accurate analysis of samples

Aijiren produces inserts for selected samples with 2ml hplc vial. Precision point inserts can minimize residual sample loss. Tightening the blade is an economical choice for non-critical applications. The conical botton is more frequently used, and the bottom of the cone is more convenient to suck reagents.

The 0.3ml micro amber pp vials produced by Aijiren has a V-shaped liquid storage groove, which can increase the liquid level and facilitate the extraction of the automatic injection needle. It is very suitable for rare or precious samples, and the PP material is extremely inert. It will affect the chemistry of the sample, and the color of Amber can avoid ultraviolet radiation to meet the needs of sample injection.

The 0.3ml micro-insert produced by Aijiren has a specification of 31*6mm and a flat bottom. It can be applied to Aijiren’s 2ml hplc vials. It is usually used for experiments when samples are scarce, or when samples are more precious.

9 mm wide-mouth threaded PP HPLC vials: 9 mm screw caps, septa, and vials are designed for use with Aijiren and other rotary or robotic samplers. 12X32 mm vials are made of polypropylene with internal The micro-storage inner tank, this micro-groove can increase the storage level, and facilitate the sample to draw liquid from the automatic injection needle inside the Vias. These are the advantages of the micro vial compared to the ordinary automatic injection vial.

8mm screw Caps are made of high quality polypropylene, Caps have the profile of a crimp or snap closure for compatibility with robotic autosamplers, Pre-assembled septa reduces the chance of contamination during sample preparation, while saving sample preparation time in the lab.

Universally compatible on almost all autosamplers, thereby rationalization of other 1.5ml vials, as for instance 11mm Crimp Neck Vials, Screw Neck Vials 8-425 and 10-425, is possible
Vials with integrated Micro-Insert are available in amber glass

Aijiren provides a 0.3ml Snap Neck micro bottle in order to meet the all-round needs of customers. Once Micro Vials was launched, it has received wide acclaim. For experiments that require less sampling and samples are more precious, the Micro Vial produced by Aijiren is very suitable for this type of experiment.

The molded 0.3ml insert vial is used for limited samples. These micro inserts can be adapted to the 2ml hplc vial produced by Aijiren. The invention of these micro inserts greatly reduces the waste of laboratory samples.

Vials with micro inserts are becoming more and more popular in small batch sample processing. Aijiren vials combine the robustness of glass vials with the advantages of glass micro inserts. The glass microinsert is firmly fixed in the conical cup of the sample vial, with its edge slightly exceeding the edge of the sample vial to ensure a tight seal between the septum and the glass.

When used with 12 x 32 mm autosampler vials, the micro vial insert allows maximum sample recovery and easier sample removal. This is because their conical shape reduces the surface area inside the vial. The micro vial insert can be used with screw vials, crimp vials or snap vials.
