The screw cap vial is easy to handle. Tightening the lid with your hand and a mechanical arm will exert mechanical force, which will squeeze the septum between the glass vial and the lid. The screw cap forms an excellent seal and mechanically fixes the septum in place during the piercing process. No tools are required for assembly.

These polypropylene caps have excellent sealing characteristics and offer good chemical resistance including acids, alcohols, alkalis, aqueous products, cosmetics, and household oils. The bottom of the sample bottle has a longitudinal groove, and when placed in the sample bottle rack, it has the characteristic of not twisting.
