These polypropylene caps have excellent sealing characteristics and offer good chemical resistance including acids, alcohols, alkalis, aqueous products, cosmetics, and household oils. Polypropylene Hole Caps are known for good impact strength, cost effectiveness, and pliability. Septa sold separately.

Red PTFE/White silicone septa + Black cap without hole, for 4ml screw top vial SV104CS 15x45mm vials have a 13-425 GPI thread and can hold up to 4ml of sample. Use the 13 x 425 caps with septa for use as sample vials and with diffusion caps for wash vials. With closed top screw seals, these vials can also be used as storage vials.

The manufacturer’s lot number for each component of this product is tracked until all procedures are completed at which time a final lot number is assigned and documented. A randomly selected collection of vials from each completed lot are submitted to an independent validation laboratory for quality control purposes to confirm that the TOC vials comply with the quality specification. The vial, closure and dust cover undergo comply with stringent quality standards and specifications.
