20ml crimp top GC Headspace vials with Crimp aluminum Cap

The screw headspace vial caps combine innovation with time-saving convenience, precise manufacturing tolerances, and a controllable manufacturing environment. The vial cap produced by this patented method truly combines the septum and the cap at the molecular level to avoid excessive evaporation and keep the sample vial properly sealed.

Our company provides a series of headspace vials to match different autosamplers. All headspace vials are standard vials: 20mm crimped headspace vials, suitable for Varian, Tekmar, Perkin Elmer and LEAP autosamplers. Material: Neutral borosilicate glass tube. Color: transparent/brown.

Aijiren now offers a full range of GC headspace vial kits, including Crimp and Screw Top configurations. All sample vials are type 1 borosilicate glass, and the range is wide enough to cover all major manufacturers’ instruments, including Shimadzu, Aijiren, PE, CTC and Tekmar headspace instruments.

Aijiren is a supplier of laboratory consumables, focusing on the production of 10mL 18mm Screw Thread Headspace Vial for GC. Aijiren has more than ten years of experience in making 10mL 18mm Screw Thread Headspace Vial and is a well-known brand among Chinese laboratory consumable suppliers. Aijiren strives to provide quality service to every customer.

The 10ml precision threaded headspace vial is used for the screw-top vial and magnetic screw cap of the CTC and TriPlus autosampler. It is convenient to use and does not require any additional tools such as cappers and decappers.

The size of 10ml Aluminum Crimp Caps with Headspace Vial produced by Aijiren is 22.5*46mm, and the glass types are divided into 5.0type and 7.0type. Since the headspace vial is suitable for gas chromatography, the tightness requirements of the vial are relatively high. Aijiren uses Aluminum Cap with Crimper and Decrimper to seal the vial.

Aijiren’s 20ml Headspace Vial has a specification of 22.5*75mm. It has two colors, clear and amber. The glass type of precision screw headspace vial is 5.0 type, but 20ml clear precision screw headspace vial has a type with or without label area.

Headspace vial mainly used in gas chromatography analysis for headspace analysis. The Headspace Vial is used to extract the volatile components from the complex sample mixture, separate them from the non-volatile components and inject them into the gas chromatography system for separation

Aijiren headspace vials have clear or amber glass, round or flat bases, crimp seals with beveled or square edges, or screw seals. Headspace vials, septa and caps can be purchased separately or together as a convenience kit to meet the needs of your laboratory.

18mm combination seal: magnetic univerisal screw cap, silver, centre hole, ptfe/silicone or ptfe/butyl septa

10ml Crimp Headspace Vial is used in gas chromatography analysis experiments. For example, it is placed on an automatic sampler, and the sample is heated to vaporize the gas, and the automatic sample needle penetrates the septa into the vial to extract the gas for detection , So the tightness requirements for Crimp Headspace Vial are higher.

Headspace vials are available in clear or amber glass with a round or flat base, a crimp seal with a beveled or square edge finish, or with a screw-thread finish. Headspace vials, septum, and caps can be purchased in various quantities separately or together as convenience kits to fit your laboratory needs.

These 20mm molded septa and grey butyl stoppers provide stable sealing performance for laboratory vials. Their 3mm thick structure ensures reliable needle penetration, low extractables and clean sample protection. Suitable for routine analysis, sample preparation and storage applications.

The 10ml Crimp Top GC Vial produced by Aijiren is divided into two types: round bottom and flat bottom. Among them, Clear Glass will also be divided into 5.0type and 7.0type glass. It is worth mentioning that the 5.0type 10ml Crimp Top GC Vial is flat. The specification of 10ml Crimp Top GC Vial is 22.5*46mm.

20ml Crimp Top Headspace Vial has a very good seal and can be used for volatile samples, but it needs to be used with 20mm Hand Crimper to seal the vials, and when opening the lid, it needs to be sealed with 20mm Hand Decrimper.

More convenient, consistent, and safer sealing process compared to crimping (better reproducibility). No risk of inaccurate or inconsistent crimping results. Due to thinner septa suitable for SPME as well as for Headspace. Often used on CTC Combi PAL and identically constructed autosamplers as well as on Perkin Elmer instruments.

GC headspace vial, also known as a gas chromatography headspace vial, is a type of sample vial used in headspace analysis. Headspace analysis is a technique employed in gas chromatography (GC) to analyze volatile or semi-volatile compounds present in a sample.
The headspace vial is specifically designed to hold the sample and create a sealed environment for the analysis. It consists of a glass vial with a crimp or screw cap closure. The vial typically has a rounded or conical bottom to facilitate the removal of air from the headspace.

Torticollis headspace sample vial, 10mL or 20mL volume, flat-bottomed or round-bottomed 20mm crimp top vial cap to ensure consistent safety sealing.

The 20ml screw threaded headspace vial is used for the threaded vial (10ml + 20ml) and magnetic screw cap of CTC and TriPlus autosampler. It is easy to use and does not require any other tools. Samples can be transferred on site, without the need to transfer samples in the laboratory. The precise thread ensures the air tightness between the vial and the cap. Magnetic nut can be widely used in various SPME and headspace analysis. The round bottom vial is stronger, has higher pressure resistance when heating the sample vial, and is easier to slide into the heating hole.
