Aijiren Factory 18mm headspace vial metal screw cap with Centre Hole and Blue PTFE/Silicone Septa

Headspace vials can withstand the higher temperatures and internal pressures required for volatile gas analysis. With very low metal content, extractables and leachables, they meet high standards to meet your regulatory requirements. These headspace vials are specification-certified for physical dimensions and autosampler compatibility.

18mm Magnetic Metal Cap with Center Hole for more convenient for the automatic injection needle to perform sample injection.Generally speaking, the Septa in the 18mm Closures uses a double-sided compound of Silicone and PTFE Septa, which makes it difficult for Septa to react with reagents, and it can also protect impurities in the air from falling into the vial.

Headspace vials are available in clear or amber glass with a round or flat base, a crimp seal with a beveled or square edge finish, or with a screw-thread finish. Headspace vials, septum, and caps can be purchased in various quantities separately or together as convenience kits to fit your laboratory needs.

Headspace vials are a kind of laboratory vials for top space analysis, with the features of high-temperature resistance and corrosion resistance. The material of Headspace Vials is low extractable Borosilicate glass with low expansion rate, high-temperature resistance, high strength, high hardness, high light transmittance and high chemical stability.

This table summarizes the full range of AIJIREN screw-cap headspace vials—available in 6mL, 10mL, and 20mL capacities, clear or amber glass, and with flat and round bottom options. Equipped with Type 5 or Type 7 septa and aluminum cap assemblies, they ensure leak-proof sampling. Suitable for high-throughput GC/HPLC and autosamplers.

Headspace vials mainly used for headspace analysis for gas chromatography analysis. 20ml precision screw headspace vial, 18mm, round bottom, top space vial, strong adsorption.

20mm crimp-top headspace borosilicate glass vial is a specific type of vial used in headspace analysis, a technique commonly employed in gas chromatography (GC). These vials are designed to store and analyze samples for volatile compounds.
Headspace analysis involves the sampling and analysis of the vapor phase above a sample, typically done to analyze volatile compounds that can be released from solid or liquid samples.
The headspace vials are specifically designed to withstand the increased pressure and temperature conditions associated with this technique. It’s important to note that Headspace vials may also be available with other closure mechanisms, such as screw caps or magnetic caps.

Torticollis headspace sample vial, 10mL or 20mL volume, flat-bottomed or round-bottomed 20mm crimp top vial cap to ensure consistent safety sealing.

Headspace vials are available in clear or amber glass, with round or flat bases, with beveled or square crimp seals, or with screw threads. Headspace vials, septum and caps can be purchased separately in various quantities or together as convenience kits to suit your laboratory needs.

Aijiren Tech Headspace Vials are available as screw or crimp neck vials with flat or round bottoms, with clear or amber glass. Headspace closures are available in pre-assembled caps with septums or can be ordered individually. Pressure release, seal with lining, and seal with magnetic lining is also optional.

Headspace vials can withstand the higher temperatures and internal pressures required for volatile gas analysis. With very low metal content, extractables and leachables, top headspace vials meet high standards to meet your regulatory requirements.

Aijiren focus on improving the safety and integrity of our Headspace vial. Aijiren provide innovative 20mL 20mm Crimp-Top Headspace Vial to ensure consistent productivity in all separation processes. These 20mL 20mm Crimp-Top Headspace Vial are the best choice for GC. 20mL 20mm Crimp-Top Headspace Vialmade of borosilicate glass.

A headspace vial is used in the process of top – gas chromatography. When detecting volatile or semi-volatile mixtures with high boiling points, we need to heat them to vaporize them at the top. In this process, since the liquid samples are at the bottom, the material in the top gas can be measured without touching the liquid in the sample vial.

Teflon and silicone rubber or ultra-pure silicone are used as raw materials to ensure that the septa are non-toxic; to ensure excellent functions, it is particularly suitable for gas chromatography, and to ensure that the septum does not fall into the sample vial during the injection process;

The Aijiren  Crimp vials are the standard vials for GC and HPLC. The crimp caps provide the tightest seal, reducing the chance of sample evaporation. The crimp vials and 20mm Aluminium crimp caps are economical, save your cost, and are easy to use with crimping tools.

According to different materials, it can be divided into two types, one is domestic borosilicate, and the other is imported first-grade hydrolyzed glass to meet different levels of customer needs.
The optional capacity is 10ml 20ml, the specifications are: 22.5*46mm, 22.5*75mm, and two colorless and brown headspace vials are provided.

Headspace vial manufactured from Borosilicate glass by Aijiren. Headspace vial can be available in 6ml – 20ml. Clear or Amber can be choose. Crimp Thread Headspace Vials use a 1.25 mm average wall thickness, which offers more reliability when internal pressures build. Our Headspace Vials meet or exceed OEM standards.

Aijiren provides Screw Thread Headspace Vial always be applied to Aijiren, Shimadzu, Tekmar, CTC PAL, Varian, Gerstel, Atas, Thermo Scientific autosamplers. Aijiren’s Screw Thread Headspace Vial are all round bottom, this is because A rounded bottom is more sturdy and thus more resistant to the high pressure within the vial during the heating process.

These 20mm molded septa and grey butyl stoppers provide stable sealing performance for laboratory vials. Their 3mm thick structure ensures reliable needle penetration, low extractables and clean sample protection. Suitable for routine analysis, sample preparation and storage applications.

The 20mm Crimp Cap is often used with Headspace Vial. It is tightly sealed and suitable for long-term storage of samples. The cap with center hole can be cut by septa, which is convenient for automatic sampling needle sampling.

The material of Headspace Vials is low extractable Borosilicate glass with low expansion rate, high-temperature resistance, high strength, high hardness, high light transmittance and high chemical stability. Headspace Vials suitable for headspace analysis of volatile solids and gases.

All 20mm Headspace Crimp Vials may appear to be created equal, but quality and performance make the difference when analyzing vital samples. Aijiren 20mm Headspace Crimp Vials are cleaned and packaged in a certified Class 10,000 clean room according to a designed process, developed to eliminate chromatographic errors associated with vials.

Aijiren Tech Headspace Vial is manufactured to provide uniform glass thickness and ensures uniform thermal distribution for uniform sampling reliability. All Aijiren Tech Headspace Viars meet or exceed OEM manufacturer specifications. AijirenTech Vial is available in 6 ml, 10 ml and 20 ml versions, with screw and crimp types.
