The manufacturer’s lot number for each component of this product is tracked until all procedures are completed at which time a final lot number is assigned and documented. A randomly selected collection of vials from each completed lot are submitted to an independent validation laboratory for quality control purposes to confirm that the TOC vials comply with the quality specification. The vial, closure and dust cover undergo comply with stringent quality standards and specifications.

Manufactured in state of the art moulding facility using high purity virgin polypropylene.
PP Material confirming to US FDA 21 CFR.
Used for storage of PCR reagents, enzymes and other diagnostics and biochemical reagents or sample.

Aijiren’s Sample Storage Vial can help your experiment achieve good results and minimize the impact on the experiment.Aijiren’s Sample Storage Vial can store different types of samples. The lid and Septa have a good airtight seal and will not leak samples.

Storage Vial is supplied by Aijiren. These vials are pre-sterilized and have a capacity of 5ml. These vials can be used for storing biological material, human and animal cells. The cap is provided with a built-in seal ring which makes the vial leakproof. The base of the vial has longitudinal grooves which gives it a non-twisting character when placed in a vial rack.

Caps for screw thread vials are available with either an open hole for autosampler use and standard addition or with a solid top for sample storage. One piece polypropylene cap and membrane are also available. These pierceable screw thread caps are designed for one time use and reduce sample preparation time as there is no cap and seal to assemble.

Aijiren™ reusable media bottles are manufactured from high quality, borosilicate 3.3 glass. With their superior chemical resistance, these bottles are ideal for storage of reagents, culture media, biological fluids and a variety of other aqueous and non-aqueous solutions.

Our storage vials, also known as step vials or dram vials offer a great solution for storing solvents for extended periods of time. Our screw thread vials offer enough threads per inch to eliminate evaporaton with a solid top or lined cap.

TOC caps and vials are ideal for sampling and storage. The cap is lined with PTFE/silicone resin, which has excellent airtightness and chemical resistance. High temperature resistance -60 degrees Celsius -200 degrees Celsius. The TOC Vial cap is made of high-quality materials, which can eliminate sample contamination

Order as individual sample storage vials and closures or as unassembled convenience kits.
Unassembled convenience kits saves time during sample preparation.

Solid-top convenience kits include matched quantities of vials and screw caps with pre-assembled septa.
Open-top convenience kits contain shrink-wrapped vials and separately packaged caps and septa in polybags.

The screw cap vial is easy to handle. Tightening the lid with your hand and a mechanical arm will exert mechanical force, which will squeeze the septum between the glass vial and the lid. The screw cap forms an excellent seal and mechanically fixes the septum in place during the piercing process. No tools are required for assembly.

Polypropylene Screw Cap with Septa – Polypropylene screw cap with precision-fit septa provide an evaporation-proof seal. Bi-layer include silicone and PTFE. Silicone septa for multiple injections. PTFE-lined screw cap for organic samples. Screw caps provide an inert, airtight seal and direct puncture-access to samples with a syringe needle.
