The 40ml TOC vial is specifically designed for the storage and analysis of Total Organic Carbon (TOC) samples. These vials are ideal for applications that require the measurement of organic carbon content in environmental, water, or wastewater samples. We offer TOC vials certified to contain less than 10 parts per billion (PPB) and less than 20 parts per billion (PPB) for use in pharmaceutical and biotechnology applications.

These glass culture tubes These glass culture tubes feature a durable construction to withstand the rigors of laboratory use. The screw cap provides an airtight seal to prevent sample contamination and evaporation. The clear glass material allows for easy visual inspection of the sample. This custom package has been developed and tested to eliminate contamination during transportation and storage. Our TOC vials are available in <30PPB and <10PPB.

EPA vials must be clean and free of substances that might influence the analysis. Glass Vials that meet these requirements are called EPA vials, or sometimes VOA (volatile organic analysis) vials. Aijiren flat bottomed EPA vials are available in 20, 30, 40 and 60ml sizes, suitable for water or soil samples.

The manufacturer’s lot number for each component of this product is tracked until all procedures are completed at which time a final lot number is assigned and documented. A randomly selected collection of vials from each completed lot are submitted to an independent validation laboratory for quality control purposes to confirm that the TOC vials comply with the quality specification. The vial, closure and dust cover undergo comply with stringent quality standards and specifications.

Polypropylene Screw Cap with Septa – Polypropylene screw cap with precision-fit septa provide an evaporation-proof seal. Bi-layer include silicone and PTFE. Silicone septa for multiple injections. PTFE-lined screw cap for organic samples. Screw caps provide an inert, airtight seal and direct puncture-access to samples with a syringe needle.

Aijiren flat bottomed EPA vials are available in 40 sizes, suitable for water or soil samples. They are made of(offered in) chemically inert Type I borosilicate glass, in either clear or amber for light sensitive samples. The 40 mL vials are offered in clear (Type 1, 33 expansion) and amber Type 1, 51 expansion) borosilicate glass. They are avialable in two sizes, 27.5 x 95mm or 29 x 82mm and are packaged 100 vials per box.
