Kind Of Reagent Bottle

Screw caps are the most common type of cap for GL45 reagent bottles. They feature a threaded design that allows for a secure closure by twisting the cap onto the bottle neck. Screw caps provide a tight seal, preventing leaks, evaporation, and contamination of the reagent. They are often made of materials such as polypropylene or high-density polyethylene (HDPE), which offer good chemical resistance. Screw caps can be easily removed and replaced, making them convenient for frequent access to the reagent.

The Aijiren reagent bottles are designed and manufactured in China.
Made of premium Borosilicate glass, these bottles offer maximum possible chemical resistance with minimal thermal expansion, making them the best choice for laboratory applications.
PP Cap and Pouring ring autoclavable to 140°C.

Aijiren™ reusable media bottles are made of high-quality borosicate 3.3 glass. These bottles have excellent chemical resistance and are ideal for storing reagents, cultures, biological liquids, and a variety of other aqueous and non-aqueous solutions. Reagent bottles provided by Aijiren are available in a variety of specifications from 100ml to 1000ml.

Reagent bottle is a type of laboratory glassware used for storing and dispensing chemicals, solutions, and reagents in a controlled manner. It is specifically designed to provide a safe and convenient storage solution for these substances. Reagent bottles are typically made of glass, although plastic versions are also available.
The bottles are usually cylindrical in shape with a narrow neck and a screw or stopper closure. The narrow neck helps in controlling the flow of the stored substance during dispensing, minimizing the risk of spills and contamination. The closure ensures a secure seal to prevent evaporation or leakage of the contents.

All Aijiren reagent bottles have a permanent white enamel scale for volume measurement; with a white identification box for marking or coding. Includes anti-drip sealing ring and standard blue polypropylene (GL45) sealing cap.

Caps and stoppers for reagent bottles should be selected carefully, as their material or lining may interact negatively with the contents of the bottle.

A low coefficient of thermal expansion (3.3), provides temperature resistance that is far superior to that of standard lab glass (or soda lime glass). Aijiren glass can withstand temperatures from -70 to 500°C, permitting repeated use in freezers, microwaves, autoclaves and dry heat sterilization chambers.

Bottles and screw caps can be autoclaved / sterilized. Made from borosilicate glass helps prevent changes in ph levels and maintain content purity. Non-slip coating allows for greater ease and stability when handling wet or dry. 45mm white polypropylene unlined screw cap comes attached to bottle to help maintain cleanliness. Pvc-based plastisol coats exterior of bottle retaining contents if bottle is accidentally broken.

Lab glassware reagent bottle refers to a specific type of laboratory glass container designed to hold and store reagents, chemicals, or other liquids used in scientific experiments or analysis.
