24mm Screw Top 40ml Sample Torage Vials

EPA vials are those that meet the requirements of the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) for the testing of potentially harmful environmental contaminants in water or soil samples. To be used for environmental analysis, EPA vials must be clean and free of substances that might influence the analysis.

We provide the protection of PTFE and the resealing ability of silicone with our septa and seals to fit our autosampler crimp top vials. This seal includes a two sided PTFE septa with silicone in the center. Caps are made of high quality polypropylene, Caps have the profile of a crimp or snap closure for compatibility with robotic autosamplers, Pre-assembled septa reduces the chance of contamination during sample preparation, while saving sample preparation time in the lab.

You know the importance of using clean vials in the USP water quality test. As the manufacturer of TOC Vials, container cleanliness is also very important to us. Our ultra-low TOC vials are the cleanest-analyzed and verified to ensure data quality and defensibility.
40 mL vials certified TOC <10 ppb After analysis and verification in our accredited laboratory Silicone and PTFE lined cover and dust cover Excellent vial to vial consistency

20ml Glass Vials with Black Polypropylene Hole Cap, PTFE/Silicone Septa and Opaque HDPE Dust Cover.
Aijiren offers pre-cleaned 20 ml glass vials. We offer vials certified to contain less than 10 Parts Per Billion (PPB) and less than 20 Parts Per Billion (PPB) for use for pharmaceutical and biotechnology applications.

Storage Vial is supplied by Aijiren. These vials are pre-sterilized and have a capacity of 5ml. These vials can be used for storing biological material, human and animal cells. The cap is provided with a built-in seal ring which makes the vial leakproof. The base of the vial has longitudinal grooves which gives it a non-twisting character when placed in a vial rack.

Aijiren’s Sample Storage Vial uses high-purity borosilicate glass to be manufactured in the most advanced molding equipment. Used to store PCR reagents, enzymes and other diagnostic reagents, as well as biochemical reagents or samples. The HDPE screw cover is leak-proof. Can be used at low temperatures. Amber Storagr vials can be used for light-sensitive samples.
Sample Storage Vial uses type 1, type A, 33 expanded borosilicate glass or 51A amber glass for storage glassware, with a capacity ranging from 20mL to 60mL, providing a constant pH value to extend the storage life of the sample, chemically inert lid Suitable for most chromatography and storage applications, top PTFE/silicone septa for cleaning

The Sample Storage Vial produced by Aijiren is suitable for environmental analysis and storage of samples. 15-425 has two different capacities, 8ml and 12ml, suitable for different types of samples.

EPA vial also known as an Environmental Protection Agency vial, is a specialized type of sample container used for environmental analysis and testing. It is designed to meet the requirements and guidelines set by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) for the collection and storage of water samples.
EPA vials are typically made of glass or high-quality plastic materials such as polypropylene. They come in various sizes, commonly ranging from 20 milliliters (mL) to 40 mL, although larger sizes may also be available.
The vials are often equipped with a screw cap or a snap cap to securely seal the sample inside and prevent any leakage or contamination. These vials are specifically used for the collection of water samples to be analyzed for various parameters, such as the presence of organic and inorganic pollutants, contaminants, or other substances that may impact water quality.

Aijiren’s 20ml, 30ml, 40ml, 60ml storage bottle kits include screw cap sample bottles made of type 1 borosilicate clear or brown glass, open caps with PTFE silicone rubber septa, or PTFE lining Storage caps (can withstand various chemical corrosion).

Order as individual sample storage vials and closures or as unassembled convenience kits.
Unassembled convenience kits saves time during sample preparation.

Solid-top convenience kits include matched quantities of vials and screw caps with pre-assembled septa.
Open-top convenience kits contain shrink-wrapped vials and separately packaged caps and septa in polybags.

Red PTFE/White silicone septa + Black cap without hole, for 4ml screw top vial SV104CS 15x45mm vials have a 13-425 GPI thread and can hold up to 4ml of sample. Use the 13 x 425 caps with septa for use as sample vials and with diffusion caps for wash vials. With closed top screw seals, these vials can also be used as storage vials.

Caps for screw thread vials are available with either an open hole for autosampler use and standard addition or with a solid top for sample storage. One piece polypropylene cap and membrane are also available. These pierceable screw thread caps are designed for one time use and reduce sample preparation time as there is no cap and seal to assemble.

The manufacturer’s lot number for each component of this product is tracked until all procedures are completed at which time a final lot number is assigned and documented. A randomly selected collection of vials from each completed lot are submitted to an independent validation laboratory for quality control purposes to confirm that the TOC vials comply with the quality specification. The vial, closure and dust cover undergo comply with stringent quality standards and specifications.
