A headspace vial is used in the process of top – gas chromatography. When detecting volatile or semi-volatile mixtures with high boiling points, we need to heat them to vaporize them at the top. In this process, since the liquid samples are at the bottom, the material in the top gas can be measured without touching the liquid in the sample vial.

HPLC autosampler vials  are generally categorized by vial diameter, vial height, and thread finish. Clear glass and amber glass have similar inert properties. Amber glass is used to protect sensitive samples from UV light.

PVDF Syringe filter has many advantages. PVDF film has high mechanical strength, is not easy to break or curl; it has the advantages of low background, wide solvent compatibility, and excellent coloring ability; in addition, PVDF film can be tested repeatedly after proper treatment. The pore size of PVDF membrane is 0.22¦Ìm and 0.45¦Ìm. 0.22¦Ìm is suitable for proteins with molecular weight less than 20kDa, which can effectively reduce the leakage of small molecular weight proteins. Compared with 0.45¦Ìm PVDF membrane, it has higher protein adsorption rate and protein sequencing yield. For example, the adsorption capacity of insulin and BSA are 1.64 times and 1.58 times that of the commonly used 0.45¦Ìm PVDF membrane, respectively.

Headspace vials, also known as gas chromatography (GC) vials or sample vials, are specialized containers used for the analysis of volatile compounds in gas chromatography. They are designed to store samples and create a headspace above the sample, which contains the volatile components to be analyzed.

Aijiren’s septa for 24mm screw closures uses natural-color Silicone and PTFE. These Septas have a diameter of 22mm and a thickness of 3mm, which are consistent with the size of the Cap and can be placed between the Vial and the Cap to isolate the air and the sample. The size is 3mm. The thickness is also very suitable for needle piercing. The material of Septa is soft and tough, not easily deformed and will not break.

Syringe filter is a disposable device used in laboratory settings to filter small volumes of liquid samples. It is commonly utilized to remove particulate matter and microorganisms from solutions before analysis or to protect sensitive instruments from contamination.
Syringe filters consist of a plastic housing with a membrane filter at one end and a female luer lock or luer slip connection at the other end. The filter membrane is typically made of materials such as nylon, polyethersulfone (PES), polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), or cellulose acetate.

Open COD test tube, hold it at an angle and slowly add
2.0 mL of the pretreated sample solution from the reaction tube without mixing so that two separate layers
are formed.
Screw cap securely on to test tube, hold tube by the cap, place tube into the safety bottle and shake
(Caution, test tube becomes hot). Place tube into the heating block. Start heating programme.
After 2 h remove test tube from heating block, allow to cool down to room temperature and shake gently
several times.
Clean outside of test tube and measure.
Adjust photometer to zero by using blank value “NULL”

If the reagent to be tested by the customer is very precious and the capacity of 2ml vial is too large, Aijiren 8-425 2ml Autosampler Vials can be used with different types of micro-insert. There are 3 types of micro-insert, 29*5mm 150uL micro-insert with mandrel interior&polymer feet, 150uL conical bottom micro-insert and 250uL flat bottom micro-insert. All three types of micro-insert can be adapted to 8-425 2ml Autosampler Vials.
