Aijiren’s 10-425 screw vial is made of borosilicate hydrochloric acid glass, which has the characteristics of high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance, 10-425 screw vial is very compatible with the automatic sampler with a mechanical arm.

11mm vials for GC and HPLC. Vials have a 40% larger opening than standard opening aluminum seal vials. Crimp vials are manufactured of Clear or Amber borosilicate glass.

HPLC autosampler vials  are generally categorized by vial diameter, vial height, and thread finish. Clear glass and amber glass have similar inert properties. Amber glass is used to protect sensitive samples from UV light. Markings on the vials provide sample identification information.

Due to the large amount of glass used in the vial neck, the snap seal vial is hard to break when the cap is removed. The neck finish of the snap seal is compatible with crimps and/or snap seals and does not require any special tools to remove the cap. These viars are recommended for short-term sample storage and non-volatile samples because seals are not as secure as crimp or thread seals.
