The reagent bottle produced by Aijiren has a low thermal expansion coefficient (3.3), which provides far better heat resistance than standard laboratory glass (or soda lime glass). Aijiren glass can withstand temperatures from -70 to 500°C, so it can be reused in freezers, microwave ovens, autoclaves and dry heat sterilizers.

Reagent bottles that have been used in a laboratory or otherwise used to store chemicals should not be used for storing food or drinks. The bottles in our kits are always brand new but they may contain a white residue from the process of grinding the neck and stopper so they should always be washed before use.
