20mm Crimp Top Headspace Vial for Aijiren

Type 1 borosilicate glass. Clear glass vials with 20mm crimp seal finish are designed to fit most headspace autosamplers. Flat bottom vials maximize heating efficiency when used with bottom. Round bottom vials are more easily handled by robotic arms that lift the vial from the tray.

Aijiren Tech crimp top headspace vials are available in a flat or round bottom style, with clear or amber glass. Headspace closures are available in pre-assembled caps with septums or can be ordered individually. Pressure release, seal with lining, and seal with magnetic lining are also optional.

The headspace bottles are made of borosilicate glass and are produced by Aijiren. Pressed top headspace bottles are available in amber glass with rounded bottoms. Our headspace bottles meet OEM standards.

This table summarizes the full range of AIJIREN screw-cap headspace vials—available in 6mL, 10mL, and 20mL capacities, clear or amber glass, and with flat and round bottom options. Equipped with Type 5 or Type 7 septa and aluminum cap assemblies, they ensure leak-proof sampling. Suitable for high-throughput GC/HPLC and autosamplers.

The material of Headspace Vials is low extractable Borosilicate glass with low expansion rate, high-temperature resistance, high strength, high hardness, high light transmittance and high chemical stability. Headspace Vials suitable for headspace analysis of volatile solids and gases.

The 20mm septum is made of PTFE/silicone fusion, which has excellent inertness and can be used for multiple injections. The thickness is 3mm, and PTFE is about 0.08mm. The cap of the clamp-top empty bottle is made of metal aluminum

Aijiren Headspace Vials feature rounded shoulders and bottoms, allowing for even heating and safer operation at higher pressures. The newly designed top provides a tighter seal with your septa. Vials are manufactured from Type I borosilicate glass and accept 20 mm aluminum seals.
