10ml Crimp Top Headspace Vial

The material of Headspace Vials is low extractable Borosilicate glass with low expansion rate, high-temperature resistance, high strength, high hardness, high light transmittance and high chemical stability. Headspace Vials suitable for headspace analysis of volatile solids and gases.

Type 1 borosilicate glass. Clear glass vials with 20mm crimp seal finish are designed to fit most headspace autosamplers. Flat bottom vials maximize heating efficiency when used with bottom. Round bottom vials are more easily handled by robotic arms that lift the vial from the tray.

10ml Crimp Top Headspace Vial has a very good seal and can be used for volatile samples, but it needs to be used with 20mm Hand Crimper to seal the vials, and when opening the lid, it needs to be sealed with 20mm Hand Decrimper.
