Lab Borosili3.3 Glass Clear 500ml lab square reagent bottle

Aijiren™ reusable media bottles are made of high-quality borosicate 3.3 glass. These bottles have excellent chemical resistance and are ideal for storing reagents, cultures, biological liquids, and a variety of other aqueous and non-aqueous solutions. Reagent bottles provided by Aijiren are available in a variety of specifications from 100ml to 1000ml.

Aijiren™ reagent bottles, also called media bottles, are manufactured from high quality, borosilicate 3.3 glass, with GL45 thread cap. With their superior chemical resistance, these bottles are ideal for storage of reagents, culture media, biological fluids and a variety of other aqueous and non-aqueous solutions.

Features:
1. It is made of borosilicate 3.3 glass, which has the properties of chemical resistance, heat resistance and impact resistance. The unique design of the pouring ring at the mouth of the bottle avoids dripping during use.
2. For the convenience of use, reagent bottles with a capacity of 100ml and above all adopt uniform and replaceable screw caps and pouring rings.
3. The bottle body, bottle cap and pouring ring can be sterilized by high temperature and high pressure.
4. Suitable for sample collection for various liquid particle size testing, containing high-clean reagents, standard materials, and standard samples
5. Threaded bottle cap with good sealing performance, which can effectively isolate external magazines, dust and moisture
6. The specifications are clearly marked and the volume scale is obvious

Bottles typically come in two colors: clear and amber. Clear bottles are ideal for displaying items and amber bottles protect the contents from light.? Sizes range from?100 ml?up to?1000?ml? and the larger ones may be used to store preserved biological specimens in the lab. The large ones also make excellent terrariums or miniature aquariums.

Reagent Bottle has low thermal expansion coefficient, can be sterilized by high temperature and high pressure (resistance to 140¡ãC), with scale, white enamel marking area, durable. Strong chemical resistance, no precipitation, low permeability. Highly polished surface, not easy to leave residue, easy to clean.

The reagent bottle, also called the culture medium bottle or graduated bottle, is a container made of glass, borosilicate or related substances and covered with a special cap or stopper. They are intended to be used in the laboratory for chemicals in liquid or powder form and are stored in cabinets or shelves.

The GL45 Reagent Bottle for Laboratory conforms to the GL45 standard, ensuring compatibility with a wide range of laboratory equipment and accessories. These bottles fit standard GL45 closures, such as caps, adapters, and pouring rings, facilitating seamless integration into laboratory workflows. This compatibility promotes ease of use and reduces the risk of errors or inconsistencies in laboratory procedures.

The screw caps on these bottles are made of heat-resistant thermoplastic polyester and can be sterilized with hot air at temperatures up to 180°C, compared to 140°C for bottles with polypropylene screw caps.Bottles with thermoplastic polyester caps, Teflon sealing discs and pouring rings
Withstands hot air sterilization up to 180°C
PTFE sealing discs resist chemical attack
Made of high-temperature and chemical-resistant borosilicate glass

Reagent bottles that have been used in a laboratory or otherwise used to store chemicals should not be used for storing food or drinks. The bottles in our kits are always brand new but they may contain a white residue from the process of grinding the neck and stopper so they should always be washed before use.
