1.5 ml vials from Aijiren Technology, Inc with high quality and favorable price. Zhejiang Aijiren is a manufacturer of Laboratory consumables. We supply autosampler vials, septa and caps at factory price. 9mm Short Thread Vials ND9 can be used for GC and HPLC.

If the weight, damage, surface inertness, and/or disposal costs of the glass vial are concerned, the vial manufactured from polypropylene is an alternative to consideration. The benefits of polypropylene materials include low extraction rates, compatibility with many solvents, ideal for working with proteins, ideal for ion chromatography applications, ideal for pH-sensitive sample storage, and eliminate the need for inserts during microsampling.

2mL Amber Glass Screw Top Autosampler Vials are available in a variety of neck finishes and opening diameters. Large mouth or wide ID vials have approximately a 40% wider mouth opening than standard opening vials. The large opening reduces the risk of bent autosampler needles during sampling. When choosing a 2mL Amber Glass Screw Top Autosampler Vials, the product material is of paramount importance.

Aijiren offer innovative high recovery vials for comprehensive collection, automated handling and storage, with the subsequent maximum retrieval of high value samples. 1.5ml 9mm high Recovery Vials Reduce Residual Product Waste by 99%.

The 9mm hplc vials produced by Aijiren can be used in many places and scenarios. The GC System is just one of them. More often, the 9mm hplc vials produced by Aijiren are used in different Autosamplers. Its compatibility is a major part of its popularity. the reason. Aijiren’s 9mm hplc vials is one of the most popular products.

The PP cap will puncture with far less force than needed to puncture a PTFE/Silicone septa, thus minimizing instrument wear and tear as well as downtime. The septa are not resealable and are intended for single use.

Polypropylene caps are known for good impact strength, cost effectiveness, and pliability. They can be remelted after they are formed. Aijiren Polypropylene cap is widely used in chromatography analysis.

High recovery vials are optimal for manual and automated compound or biological sample applications. High Recovery Vials allow maximum sample extraction without need for separate inserts

Screw thread vials and caps provide low evaporation, reusability, less hand injury during manipulation than crimp seals and require no special tools. All screw threads vials and caps are differentiated by their thread finish as defined by the Glass Packaging Institute, GPI. For screw thread vials, a two part number is assigned. For example, 8-425 neck finish represents a vial with a diameter of 8 mm across the outside of the threads and a thread style of 425. Screw thread vials and caps are more expensive than crimp seals.

The 1.5mL 9mm Short Threaded Sample Vial provides researchers with an effective solution for storing samples in a laboratory environment. It is made from premium plastic materials that reliably maintain sample integrity while producing accurate analytical results. Produced from inert borosilicate glass for chemical resistance and sample stability.

9mm screw thread caps, septa, and vials are designed especially for use with Aijiren’s and other rotating or robotic are samplers
2ml 12*32mm clear borosilicate glass vial, with a write-in patch; high quality polypropylene caps, ptfe / silicone septa can be pre-slit to easy needle penetration

With its 9mm screw thread design and capacity of 1.5mL, this vial makes for easy handling and integration into autosamplers. Ideal for applications requiring limited quantities. The vial comes equipped with various finishes and closure options, such as screw caps and snap caps, so researchers can select their ideal choice according to their unique research needs.

Chromatography vial is a glass vial used by automatic samplers and headspace samplers such as liquid chromatography, gas chromatography, mass spectrometry, etc. for chromatographic automatic sampling. Its basic requirements are accurate volume, ability to withstand a certain pressure, good sealing performance, and no adsorption to samples.

Autosampler vials are available in a variety of sizes, with 2 mL vials being the most common size. During the injection process, the autosampler needle pierces the cap and extracts the desired amount of analyte from the vial. There are different types of vials for chromatography applications.
