Standard 1.5mL/2.0mL 11mm crimp neck autosampler vials (12x32mm) made from USP Type I borosilicate glass. Provides maximum seal integrity for high-volatility organic compounds, fully compatible with LC/GC systems.

Aijiren sample vials have excellent sealing performance, which can effectively avoid sample evaporation. The sample bottle and corresponding 11 mm aluminum cap can be easily combined with the crimp cap tool. The vial can withstand heat and pressure, and can also be used for chemical reactions. Especially for sample vials with white open caps and thick PTFE/silicone septa, they can be used as anhydrous and oxygen-free reaction vials.

2ml clear crimp top hplc autosampler vial is made of borosilicate glass. Comparing with 2ml amber crimp headspace vial, the 2ml clear crimp top hplc autosampler vial should be made by special process. The appearance of a clear and transparent 2ml crimp top sample hplc vial has attracted widespread attention. 2ml clear crimp top hplc autosampler vial is made by adding UV-absorbed metal oxides to the glass, while using the complementary effect of color, and then adding certain metals or their oxides to fade the colored glass. So in theory, the 2ml clear crimp top HPLC autosampler vial is a little expensive than Amber autosampler vial.

The crimp vial produced by Aijiren has a standard 11.6x32mm shape and is compatible with 11mm aluminum sealing caps. The Aluminum Cap is 11mm in diameter and has a 5.5mm center hole, which is convenient for sampling with automatic injection needles. In addition, the Septa matched with crimp vial can also be pre-slit to facilitate the automatic injection needle to pierce the septa.

The strict quality assurance of Crimp Top HPLC Vial produced by Aijiren provides dimensional consistency between batches, and the optional ceramic writing point with filling marks on the vial is certified and fully compatible with the autosampler. At the same time, Aijiren Good quality control has been achieved, including height, diameter, bottom, thickness and neck/thread, cleanliness.

2ml crimp autosampler vial is depending on the filling volume. We differentiate between standard 2ml crimp autosampler vials and micro-vials which either have an interior or exterior volume reducing shape. Alternatively you can of course also use inserts to reduce the volume inside a vial, in order to create ideal conditions for sample removal. 2ml crimp autosampler vial with insert is larger and wider mouth than 9mm screw sample vial. 2ml crimp autosampler vials have approximately a 40% wider mouth opening than standard opening vials. The large opening reduces the risk of bent autosampler needles during sampling.

The 11mm Crimp Neck Vials is made of amber borosilicate hydrochloric acid glass, and the area with a writing scale is convenient for customers to identify the sample. The scale expresses the current level of the sample. Although the maximum capacity of 11mm Crimp Neck Vials is 2ml, Aijiren recommends that customers hold 1.5ml of liquid to maintain the level of the liquid and balance the internal pressure of Vials.

The crimp top provide the tightest seal, reducing the possibility of sample volatilization. The 12X32mm crimp vial and aluminum cap are the most economical choice, and it is also very convenient to use with the crimp tool.

The 11mm chromatographic vial and the wide-mouth crimp cap provide a larger target area, which can improve the accuracy of the autosampler needle. The crimp vial is made of amber glass to protect light-sensitive samples. Septa types: PTFE/silicone, natural rubber/TEF septa, single slit septa are available.
